Spectacular and Beautiful Private Beachfront New Residential Tower in Santa Marta that houses a gorgeous, spacious apartment with 3 Bedrooms, 2 Full Baths, a balcony with beach and mountain views on the 17th Floor, in a quiet, cozy, balmy Playa Salguero Neighborhood (South of El Rodadero Beach) in Santa Marta, Colombia. Bring the whole Family, friends or special guests and enjoy lots of fun Activities!! This apartment can comfortably accommodate 6 (six) guests and up to 8 (eight) persons. It has trundle beds or slide-out beds in each bedroom plus a Sofa bed. Welcome!!

This rental unit is Ideal for a family of 6 - 8 persons, groups and couples. It´s fully equipped with everything you would need and expect in a modern setting anywhere in the world!!

Once you are fully registered and checked in (each visiting guest must pay a one-time-only administrative resort fee), you will have access and authorization to all common areas, spaces and guest services The On-Site Property Management´s Office at this Beach Condominium requires a COP $ 50,000 Pesos Fee (USD $ 12 - 13 ) for each guest at Check In and during Registration at the Front Desk. We stayed in Reserva del Mar for 10 days.

We enjoyed the restaurants, the pool was terrific. There were bookings to go to other places (Minco coffee plantation, Tayrona etc. )The owner of the condominium was terrific and provided feedback before the trip.

This is by far the best building in Playa Salguero. Conveniently located with many pools, beach bar and restaurant, pool service, spa and even barber and beauty salon.I would recommend without hesitation.
