Beautiful villa with private pool, 2 bedrooms and 2 and a half bathrooms, located just 200 meters from Playa Esterillos Este. A super quiet and cozy place to enjoy with the family.
ELECTRICITY CHARGES: There will be no additional charge if your usage is less than 40 kWh per day. This is very easy to maintain by ensuring that air conditioners are turned off when you are not using the rooms or outside the house. We will take a meter reading at check-in and another at check-out. Any usage over 40 KWh per day will be charged at $0.27 per kWh. This amount will be requested through AIRBNB under the Guarantee Deposit claim procedure.
