About this property

Coyote Tracks - A Modern Desert Experience

Kick back and relax in this modern desert home with all the amenities you need for the perfect stay with friends and family. This part of Joshua Tree is known for its wide open views, with less light pollution for star viewing. Without adjacent neighbors to the property you have unobstructed views of all the mountain ranges we are so famous for. Our property is perfect for golfers and game lovers with a huge putting green, bocce ball court, horseshoes, cornhole, board games, and more.

Created by Fine Art Landscape Photographer, Michael Jason Williams, this new modern home presents a contrast between clean, modern lines and the rugged desert landscape. Local rock, rose quartz, and desert flora surround the house as you easily enter the two acre property from a paved street. The house was built with an open concept and bifold doors, allowing the open desert to be viewed from any room.

Highlights include:
★ Modern architecture and interior design
★ Large windows and bifold doors with panoramic desert views
★ Fully-stocked contemporary, gourmet kitchen and outdoor BBQ
★ Heated hot tub
★ Firepit table and stools
★ 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms
★ Outdoor Shower
★ Carport parking and EV charger
★ Two acre property with putting green and chipping mat, "backyard" bocce ball court, cornhole, horseshoes
★ Abstract art and photography by Michael Jason Williams
★ 8 Minutes to Joshua Tree National Park Visitor Center (15-20 minutes to drive into the park)
★ Record Player, board games, books, 75” TV, Starlink Wifi

You will have the entire house and property to yourself.

If you need it, help is just a phone call away. :)

Hidden River is the northern part of Joshua Tree behind the Bartlett Mountain and known for its wide open views and darker skies, perfect for star gazing.

Being right on a paved street, access to the surrounding neighborhoods is a breeze, and parking is easy. In addition to the carport, plenty of open space is available in front of the house for easy luggage drop off.

As an LA native and Landscape Photographer I was looking for a remote place to build a modern house that's "away from it all" but still has access to modern infrastructure, and what better place than Joshua Tree. I believe it is one of the most unique places in our country, and I've photographed in all 50 states. It never gets old, as there are always beautiful scenes to photograph and a ton of local artists to explore.

Why they chose this property

This neighborhood is close to the Joshua Tree National Park, but behind the Bartlett Mountains, so we have less light pollution making it perfect for star gazing. Town is just 10 minutes away but you feel like you're on another planet.

What makes this property unique

The house is very unique because while it is easily accessible it also has an expansive feel, without any adjacent neighbors to our 2.5 acre property. Its nice to be on a paved road, and still have no power lines to obstruct the multiple mountain views.

There is an abundance of natural desert plants including cacti and creosote bushes, and of course Joshua Trees!
