Feel refreshed when you stay in this newly remodeled Hayloft of this Barn. This upstairs unit is 2/BD 2/BTH, w/ large kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining area and a Cozy living room w/ 40"TV w/ fire stick, free WIFI, Mini splits for Heat and A/C. You won't want to leave this space. Secluded, yet close to town. You will be within walking distance to Santa Cruz County Fairgrounds, local eateries like the Copper Brothel Brewery & Tia Anita Cantina.
From the deck you'll have a gorgeous 180 degree viewing. To the west, Mt Wrightson, views north towards Empire Ranch and then East the Whetstones & Mustang Mt. range. Perfect for those spectacular sunrise’s and sunsets of Sonoita. Shared space hot tub & sauna available.

Please be considerate of the downstairs guest.

NOTE: there are 2 other spaces for rent here. Would be great larger groups. Up to 12 people.

Plenty of room with wide open views!

Very nice second floor unit. Well stocked, parking, great location and deck had wide open views. Plenty of room inside and great addition with the wood burning stove/fireplace.

Downtown

Welcomed with music going on the television and a cactus illuminated for the holidays. The beds were comfortable and the space was great. Very convenient for hitting the wine trail and the couple restaurants in town.

My bestie and I drive down from Phx to do a little wine tasting. We stayed in the Hayloft for a few days and were 100% HAPPY with our place. Extremely clean, fully equipped kitchen, GREAT location. Wood burning stove, TV with all the apps, super comfy beds. Will stay there again and again! Thank you Joy and Kim!

We are Kim and Joy. We relocated to Sonoita from Idaho to be closer to family. We are delighted to share our little farm/ranch with you. Things we love history, antiques, hunting, hiking, & everything to do with horses. Most treasured thing is getting to spending time with family and friends.

Why they chose this property

Great Mountain Views with much cooler weather than Tucson or Phoenix. Sonoita sites at almost 5000 ft elevation. Offers the great outdoors at your fingertips. whatever you like to do you can find it close by. Rock climbing, Horseback riding, ATV, Hunting, Bike riding, Etc

What makes this property unique

This is a big house with 3 units. It can sleep a total of 12 people and more if you do air beds or sleeping bags. Would be great for a large FRAMILY gathering. We are working hard to make improvements to our property, weather permitting. So you may encounter some farm or construction equipment moving about. So please use caution while outside. We will try not to schedule things while your are staying with us. Feel free to approach us at anytime if you see us out and about.
