DO NOT BOOK THIS UNIT

The only good thing about this unit was the convenience in location. Other than that, beware of the roaches and the hallways wreaking of a moldy smell.

Convenient Location

Great location central to all parks and convention center. Stores and restaurant within walking distance. The only issue, Wi-Fi is very slow. other than that everything was fine.

Great area & Cute condo

I would say this is a nice place to stay for a few days & in a great area of Orlando, it is central to almost anything you would need. I would bring your own portable fan as there is no ceiling fan in this home so it can feel stuffy & the master bathroom shower is small but you can shower so it does what it is supposed to. It is clear that this whole building is dated but again the location makes up for it. The beds are a a bit uncomfortable and I would say it just needs a bit of a refresh in the furniture but it is a nice stay for a trip.

This condo was absolutely horrible! There were roaches, which I found the first night. The property management gave me a hard time when I asked to move, as my original reservation was for 6 nights. First they tried to tell me that this was because I was in Florida, then they said that 5 roaches wasn't an infestation. After 2 days I was able to move, after calling Vacasa and the property manager several times. This was absolutely ridiculous! I would NEVER recommend this particular condo again!

Do NOT stay here! Roach infestation and terrible customer service.

I had a horrible experience at this property. On the first night there were roaches, which I took pictures and documented. I had originally booked for 6 days and the property management gave me a hard time when I asked to move. First they told me that this was because we were in florida and then they told me that 5 roaches was not an infestation. Finally after two days they moved me. I had to call Vacasa several times over two days along with the property manager. I would NEVER recommend this condo.

Solid stay

Was a little small but worked for us 4. Not really walkable to universal/disney but it’s a very short Uber/lyft. Main complaint is that the wifi was slow. Really slow. Otherwise, the place was fine.

Nice location but….

Loved that it was in a great location but the master bedroom needs improvement. I ended up sleeping on an air mattress I brought instead of the bed. The bed was so uncomfortable. The master bathroom shower was hard to shower in, the space was so tiny and I’m not a big woman. The drain stopper kept unhooking so there was a huge hole leading down to the pipe, good luck dropping the soap. Unsure if we will stay here again.

Old Property

Sadly, this property was not what we expected. The condo was in a building not managed by the onsite property manager. Check in was quick but the on-site manager could care less about the property we rented as it was not her responsibility. The condo was fairly clean but extremely run down - the bathrooms were outdated and patched together with a lot spackle. If you are ok with a very used unit this one is for you. Unfortunately not for us. Disappointed

Non working kitchen/toilet

I did not have a working stove for our stay. A portable burner was delivered on the 4th day, which was unacceptable. Also had to buy a plunger to fix the toilet that was clogged when we arrived. The property will not return my phone calls to discuss the matter. Very poor management.

We stayed here to go to Universal. We were able to use Uber for less than 18 round trip. The place was clean and had everythung we needed and the price was extremely reasonable. If someone has a complaint is expecting luxury accomidations and not a reasonable place to stay.
