Lower level entire duplex unit. Peaceful dead end street. Three bedrooms, one bath duplex with outside patio and shared backyard that overlooks the small lake. Free on site parking. Max of two vehicles per unit. Near Indiana dunes, hospitals, shopping, restaurants and theaters.
