About this property

Great location in Praca do Bosque 50 meters from the Historic Square and 10 minutes walk from Coqueiros Beach.
The house (native) was completely renovated in 2010 and has a beautiful decoration. It has a beautiful garden with large balcony with two sofas and dining table that communicates with the American kitchen with table for breakfast.
On the ground floor also has a large salt with a large sofa bed and a red. Also is the bathroom with electric shower and conservatory.
The suite is on the mezzanine with queen size bed (1.60x2.00), musketeer, air conditioning communicating with a terrace overlooking the garden and Praca do Bosque.
Beautiful bathroom with shower and conservatory.
The balcony has two sofa beds (double and single), a table and a chair set plus another hammock.
In the garden there is a beautiful shower.
