Welcome to NSB and the Malibu! We are centrally located on 13 miles of white sandy beaches; our upscale building has 29 units and is a newer condominium, completed in 2007. Imagine waking to breathtaking views of the ocean, enjoying the peace of each sunrise, and the awe of each sunset. You can also walk, jog or bike-ride for miles, sun bathe, surf, swim and fish with magnificent views in each direction.

Our 3 bedroom/3 bath luxury ocean-front condo is located on the fifth floor. The interior of the condo has been newly decorated with designer furnishings, custom window treatments, and luxurious linens. The kitchen, living room and master bedroom open directly to the large balcony, which captures a panoramic view of the ocean and overlooks the pool, Jacuzzi and beach. This 2000 sq. ft. condo, with 10’ ceilings and oversize sliding glass doors provide spacious living and sparkling ocean views from the kitchen, living room & master bedroom.

New Smyrna Beach is a charming town with a mainland historic district and quaint beach-side downtown. We often describe it as “Florida’s last beach town” with all the charm and hospitality of small town USA. Watch the surfers and fishermen along the beach, bike south to Ponce Inlet or north to National Seashore and enjoy miles of panoramic views. The Malibu is conveniently located one mile south of Flagler Avenue with all its fun shops and restaurants and within walking distance to Walgreen’s (2 blocks), Publix (just down the street), and many local restaurants. Best of all, you are just moments from the beach!

We are happy to share our home with you and know you will treat our home as you would your own. New Smytna Beach is the closest beach to Central Florida's theme parks and attrations, yet offers breath taking views, great restaurants, and a safe environment. We enjoy the beach, pool, exercise room, bike riding and walking on the beach and the many friendly people of New Smyrna Beach.

We absolutely loved your condo. Everything was in great shape and was just wonderful while we were there. Since leaving, we have all commented about missing it! (Our favorite restaurants were PJs and New Smyrna Beach Steakhouse. And, we enjoyed renting the mini car on the beach.)

Malibu condo 502

Recently my husband and I and two other couples spent a week in Malibu 502. It was wonderful. We really appreciated the spaciousness. The decor was fantastic. All of the security measures were very assuring. One of our favorite things was the wonderful deck where we had several peaceful moments. We highly recommend this condo and we would definitely stay here again.

Incredible place, great owners

The condo view was incredible. Extremely well decorated, and on a great part of the beach. Private garage made it nice to load and unload. Included a lot of very nice little things as well - Notebook describing everything about the condo, things do do in the surrounding area, and menus of local restaurants. Even chairs and cooler to take to the beach. The owners were great - very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.

Spring Break 2017

We stayed in this beautiful rental over Spring Break 2017 with our 2 teens. The condo was absolutely gorgeous, spacious and fully equipped for all of our needs. The owners were so helpful, too. The master bath is incredible as is the front terrace overlooking the water. Also, having a private garage parking space made it so easy to unpack and pack the car up upon arrival and departure. The Wi Fi worked perfectly as our kids had homework over the break and the setup with the washer and dryer met all of our needs. The kitchen was terrific and already stocked with everything we needed. We would highly recommend this rental and hope to rent it again soon.

DAYTONA BEACH BIKE WEEK 2017

We cannot praise the rental enough. The facilities are excellent, gorgeous, and meticulously maintained. The view of the ocean and beach is beautiful. Dave and Phyllis Johnson, the owners, are very easy to work with and that eases the stress of a holiday rental. This was our second Bike Week in this condo, and we would recommend it to anyone.

Wonderful Vacation!

I had the opportunity to stay in this beautiful condo a month ago. My family was blown away by the spaciousness of the condo and how it felt as if we were staying at a beautiful home, rather than a rented beach condo. The kitchen is nicer than those in most homes! The owners have thought through the needs of the traveling family...beach towels, chairs, sand toys and items for the water are available for guests to utilize. As a regular New Smyrna visitor, I can confidently say that most New Smyrna condos do not have three bedrooms with two king beds and one queen, three full bathrooms and a full dining room, as well as a breakfast table and bar seating. The owners appreciate renters who treat their condo as if it was their own, which is certainly understandable considering this is more of a "home" atmosphere rather than a rental. Dave and Phyllis are wonderful communicators and have thought of every detail for their guests. I highly recommend this condo for your New Smyrna experience!

This condo was the best furnished we have stayed at, in Florida. Each bedroom had its own bath, the kitchen had plenty of space for cooking food and the view from the balcony was great. the TV in the living room was awesome. There were only three of us, all adults, but six could manage very good in the condo. When I come back to NSB, I will be looking this unit up - Again. Thanks Phyllis and Dave.
