This new, spacious, 1700 square foot, Grayfox Townhome on Hillside Drive has been professionally designed and fully furnished with the finest decor, furniture, bedding, and amenities for your vacation enjoyment. It is equipped with luxury features as found in multi-million dollar custom homes or Five-Star hotels.
LOCATION - LOCATION- LOCATION - Drive to Mammoth and park your car. Located across from the Westin Hotel & amenities, only a 3 minute walk to Mammoth Village and the Gondola, Ski Rentals, Ticket Office, Shops, Restaurants, Entertainment, Coffee Shops, and activities... yet in a very private cul-de-sac setting away from the noise and congestion of the Village.
Your own Private two-car garage includes a separate heated ski and boot room for storing all your skis, snowboards and bulky toys. A private outdoor spa on your private deck. There are three large suites and three full baths. Two Bedrooms have Queen beds and a King bed in the Master Suites.
The sectional queen sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional comfortable sleeping, with a memory foam topper. This end-unit townhome will accommodate eight people comfortably.
The gourmet granite kitchen is fully equipped with everything the fussiest chef could ask for. All the appliances are stainless steel. The counters in the kitchen and all the baths are slab granite and custom design tile. An outdoor barbecue is easily accessible just off the living room on your second view deck.

Why Karen Mitchell chose Mammoth Lakes
Our family loves to enjoy the outdoors and loves to snow ski, snow board and bicycle. We purchased this unit to be able to enjoy quality family time together in a fun environment. The location is fantastic, for all age groups. We have 2 teenagers and a daughter in college and they have the ability to walk to the village to meet other kids their age, or take the free shuttle around town. If it is snowing, no problem. You can walk to Gondola-300 feet away. You can walk across the street to the Westin for a reasonable gourmet breakfast, and at night walk to at least 10 different restaurants and have truly some of the most amazing food. On a budget, Gomez Mexican restaurant in the Village has great food and excellent margaritas!
What makes this Townhome unique
I park my car and the next time I start the vehicle is to leave. Everything is within walking distance. The place is beautiful and one instantly relaxes and goes into vacation mode. I open the beautiful wood blinds on the windows to look out at the beautiful scenery. My kids and I have the freedom to be on our own schedules as a result of great location, and keyless entry access to unit.

Excellent location and perfect for a comfortable stay.
Excellent location, just a walk to the Gondola and right in the heart of the Village. The home is thoughtfully designed and furnished to make it very comfortable for guests. It is very well equipped with everything you need to cook! We look forward to staying here again next year.
We loved this place. Walked to the village everyday. The condo was very tasteful and classy. Top notch accommodations. Highly recommend. We will be back for sure!!

Also, I want to say that Karen was an absolute gracious hostess, communicated exactly enough, and even let us stay a little longer without question when I suffered a minor ski accident and needed to rest for a day before travel! I highly recommend this home!

Beautiful, Comfortable & full of amenities
This is a fabulous retreat/home away from home. The home is very well maintained, beautifully decorated with easy access to the slopes and local restaurants and stores. The owner was very accommodating providing excellent customer service including providing a very clean home, appliances, comfortable bedding and a great outdoor hot tub. We are looking forward to returning for more skiing, but may also consider checking out the summer hiking and wildlife. Thank you for a great weekend!
Great location and amenities!
I’ve stayed at this condo during the winter and summer months. Both months have there perks but one thing that makes this condo stand out is it’s location to the village and canyon lodge. It is always clean when I arrive and freshly stocked with new linens and toiletries.
Mammoth dining can become quite expensive but it’s nice to have a home cooked meal after a long day on the mountain. The condo always has the proper tools to make a nice meal for 2 or 10 people.
I’ve recommended this to friends and family because of its affordability and location.

Amazing location with everything you need!
Most amazing place I have ever stayed in Mammoth. It is so close to the gondola to head up to the mountain, and is walking distance to all the best shopping and restaurants in town. When we arrived the place was very clean and wonderfully decorated. The kitchen has everything you need to cook breakfast or dinner too, which is great if you don't always want to go out. The living room is nice and cozy with a fire place and the beds were really comfortable. Also a huge plus is this condo has a hot tub, which is great to go in after a long day on the slopes. Can't wait to visit again!

Rates are subject to change until confirmation of deposit and signed contract is received. Contract may be electronically signed through VRBO. Payment accepted through VISA, MasterCard,Discover or check. Damage protection required through Home Away with the minimum coverage of $1,500 for $59.00 or you may choose additional coverage through VRBO for a higher amount to protect you from any damage from your group. Any damage above the damage protection amount paid for, or if for any reason policy is not activated, renter will be held responsible for all damages. Upon check-in, please contact owner directly on her cell phone at 805-630-0753 if any issues are noted. No refunds are given within 60 days of arrival date, no matter what terms VRBO states. Please note that we have been very fortunate to date, to have very respectful renters of our home and have not experienced any issues. NOTE DURING SKI SEASON--RENTAL LIMITED TO 2 CARS Please note during ski season the rental is limited to the 2 parking spaces in the garage only. No outside parking is permitted and vehicles are subject to tow at RENTERS expense as the 2 spaces outside, available on first come first serve basis must be kept empty for snow removal equipment and extra snow storage space. Note during weekly rental-Rate is good if it does not straddle 2 weekends. Straddle of 2 weekends requires one weekend at standard pricing. An add’l billing will be sent to you. The current VRBO system does not allow for this, so a manual billing adjustment will be required. No Pets are permitted in this unit or allowed with guests. If guests bring pets they will be subject to a $800 special fee and will be asked to vacate premises. Renter who signs VRBO contract must be 26 years old and physically residing in unit. If renters are under this age ,they may be asked to vacate premises, unless there is someone over this age that is physically there and has taken primary responsibility for any damages.
