Just 20 minutes from the Valley Floor, this family friendly studio plus loft is perfect for a comfortable and convenient visit to Yosemite. You have lodging inside the park gates with the option to cook your own meals.

Enjoy a small, private balcony. Inside, there is a stone gas fireplace and wall-mounted flat screen TV with cable. There are full bathrooms on the lower floor, and loft. There are two queen beds in the loft, and a pull out sofa. A well equipped kitchen and basic kitchen supplies. Paper towels spices coffee filters etc.

Arnold is a terrific host! He is quick to respond to any need. The place is clean and comfortable for 2-4 people. I especially liked the 2 full bathrooms and living area with large screen tv. The beds are comfortable. I would stay here again. Well done, Arnold!

This is a lovely property that is well upkept, clean and decorated nicely. We would definitely consider returning. Arnold our host was quick to respond to us when we communicated with him. We had a great visit. Thank you Arnold for a wonderful trip.

We liked how close the unit was to the Yosemite valley. Check in was easy and clear. Unit was warm (made it a little difficult to sleep) even in early spring without AC and didn’t seem to have great ventilation. Unit overall was very clean except for some kitchen supplies were stored dirty. Communication was prompt and clear with host.

Clean, comfortable, well equipped condo in an excellent location within Yosemite National Park. Everything was as outlined in the posting and Arnold was an EXCELLENT, responsive host. Only reason I did not give a "Five-Star" rating is that the unit is in a 40 year-old building and the soundproofing between units is very, very poor. We could hear conversations and the televisions in adjacent units and people walking through the common areas. The first night of our stay we ahd a very, very gregarious Asian group in the unit next to us that made even listening to the television difficult. Fortunately, they were respectiful of quiet hours, though one of their party snored quite loudly. We REALLY liked the location within the park, greatly reducing the time to get to Yosemite Valley and the numerous hiking trails.

The property was as advertised; great access to the Park. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the lack of WiFi service (we were planning on researching trails and activities while at the unit but could hardly send texts).

We had a wonderful time during our stay and Yosemite West is the perfect location! The accommodations were great. We were worried about not having air conditioning, but there were fans everywhere! It was well stocked with everything we needed. The only downside was spotty wifi when we needed to do some last minute research about our hikes for the day, but really not a big issue. Arnold was a great host!

Quiet and Convenient in Yosemite

Enjoyed stay in West Yosemite condo. Slightly rough around the edges from use but very clean and comfortable. Everything we needed for our stay including kitchen and 2 full baths. Host was very easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend.

Winter inside the park

Great location inside the park. The condo had everything we needed for cooking, great wifi, and the fireplace provided a nice place to defrost at the end of the day. I appreciated the two full bathrooms as well. Highly recommend going down to the valley or your hikes early to beat the crowds and then going back to the condo in the afternoons to relax. Arnold was good at communicating and very kind.

Owner very responsive to communication. Condo easy to find and a good location for traveling around in Yosemite. A bit rustic. Kitchen small but we did not use it much (breakfast only). Nice towels, bathrooms clean, beds comfortable.

I live in Oakhurst, a small town 14 miles from the south entrance to the park. I have been visiting Yosemite since I was a child in the 60's. I love being able to enable people to enjoy this natural wonder.

Why they chose this property

My condo is centrally located 14 miles inside the south entrance to the park. Staying here you avoid long lines to enter the park. You are 10 miles to Wawona, another 4 miles to Mariposa Grove. It is a 20 to 30 minute drive to the valley floor. Badger Pass ski area is 7 miles.
