COSH Boujee House with private hot tub

This home sits across the street from the water. Down the street is a a public boat ramp. Across the cove is Wolf Creek. You have plenty of space to back in three or four boats. Hot tub is a great place relax after a long day on the water. We own the blue and white house across the street. At times you may have access to the water and use of that private dock. Please confirm before booking.

Wonderful place

House was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with accessories. The hot tub was very enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again. Neighborhood was very quiet and the neighbors were friendly.

Lake house with hot tub

Lovely house with lots of space and amenities! Very comfy and clean. It is in a very convenient spot but still out of the city. The hot tub was amazing after a long day! We enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Beautiful home on Grand Lake

I will definitely be back!!! This place was so beautiful and squeaky clean… perfect for fisherman.. plant if room to park you boat. The neighbors were so friendly and helpful also. And a beautiful red fox that loved to hang around was a bonus!!

Guys fishing trip

Great place to stay. Bedrooms have a lot of space and bathrooms are very nice. Living room furniture was comfortable the hot tub and the Pitboss smoker are a nice addition. There was plenty of room for us to park a suburban and boat in the drive way. Glad we picked this property.

Fishing trip

This place was perfect for our fishing tournament. It’s on a dead end road so it was nice not having passing traffic. It seemed very safe. Drive way was big enough to back a couple trucks and boats in. Electric outlets were right there for charging.

Great Little Getaway

House is clean, located on a quiet street, and just a quick drive to Grove if you want to grab a bite to eat. The house is stocked with all the essentials and then some! The only thing I might suggest adding would be throw blankets for the living room.

Great place to stay!

Right across from the lake with a nice view. Quiet neighborhood. Hot tub was nice. The yard was well kept. Had a fire pit but there was any wood and not sure where to get any. Didn't find any checkout instructions. Was having issues with the VRBO app so there wasn't any communication with the property manager. All three bedrooms had king sized beds which was very nice. Would definitely stay there again.

Cold cowgirll

The place was beautiful, very clean. Kitchen well stocked. We stay in colder weather, not sure if I couldn't find them or if they weren't available, but warmer blankets for the colder months would be a great addition. The lake spreads just didn't cut it, and my traveling partners were not a fan of turning up the thermostat. So I stole the spread from the extra bedroom.

The property itself was really great. Some of the neighbors yards werent mowed and not kept up with. The house had all the utensils except a cutting board. The pellet stove to grill was great It had a roku in the living room The house is in a good location, close to many things and right across from the lake.
