The getaway was great for the weekend and staying in this house was much more comfortable than the hotels; enjoyed the sunrise from the kitchen window.

Thanksgiving in Vegas

Great little property easy access to the expressway, plenty of room. Just would’ve liked to have a grill in the back. Definitely would stay there again.

This home served our group well. The whole place was clean and all of the rooms were spacious. While we did not have any issues during our stay, the neighborhood was a bit rough. We chose this property due to its close proximity to Fremont Street

Comfortable Stay

I really enjoyed my stay in this home. It was very clean and neat. The check in process was very easy. I did see comment about the neighborhood but honestly it was only some parts that were sketchy but that did not affect our experience.

House is smaller and more rundown than shown in the pics on the listing. Carpets are dirty. Check in was easy. Location is borderline. Don’t feel good about being outside after dark. Streets are not well lit.

Convenient location for events in Freemont

We were in town for an electric skateboard convention a mile away. Super convenient to get to the event by car, skateboard or walking. Home needs some upkeep but is clean and functional.

Nice property

Pictures were accurate of what the place looked like. A few stains on the carpet. Everything worked as it should. Thermostat was a little wonky, but we were able to figure it out. Overall, place was nice and worked for our group of 5.

Decent house overall; we had no issues during our stay. Host relayed all relevant details ahead of time, and rideshare was reasonable. The bedrooms get quite warm at times, even with air conditioning running. Fortunately, the main area was consistently cool. The immediate street is alright, however the surrounding area is not walkable at night.

Vegas Stay

It was a very nice little house. They provided everything we needed for our stay. The only critical thing I have to say is that on Saturday morning someone came with a leaf blower before 9:00 a.m. making quite a bit of noise in the backyard, waking us up. We had had a late night the night before and it would have been nice to be able to sleep in longer.

4th of July vacation

the property is in good condition. very close to the Las Vegas strip. it was one issue with ceiling light in the master bedroom. the turn on/off light cable didn't work. to turn off ceiling light and keep fan on we needed to turn off bulb. all the rest was work perfect. we enjoyed our trip.

Close to the strip!

It is a convenient location, but not in the greatest neighborhood but that didn't end up being a particular issue at all, however, and we enjoyed our stay. There wasn't much lighting in the living room so it was darker than preferable and the carpets had stains on them. The A/C/Heater worked well and overall it was a good space if you want to visit Vegas with a small group of friends. Two parking spaces on the fenced property was a nice bonus.

Good spot for our short stay

Cute little home. We stayed 3 nights here with a lot of my family. Ages range from 3- 63. It did rain a lot while we were there. They have a nice big covered patio in the backyard. However on our last day the kitchen ceiling did start to slightly leak. But was fixed with a pan and towel.i do like that the driveway has a gate around it since the neighborhood does have quite a few people that walk around. Neighborhood might be a little sketchy for some but for the price you cant beat it. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this property as well.

Absolutely horrendous host support

House is in a fairly rough neighborhood. Pictures do not reflect size of house it’s smaller but ok for small family. There is a lot of bad flooring in the bathrooms from water damage and I’d suspect some mold if one was to dig deeper. You can’t make lipstick on a pig and make it better it’s still a pig. The biggest issue here is the host is horrible and heaven forbid you need to contact them it will not happen until well after and they will claim little responsibility. We were locked out one entire night because of the lack of them doing their job!! We had to find another place to stay change flights etc all to be told they messed up and were sorry so here is 150 refund! Absolutely unacceptable in my eyes all things considered. VRBO did their best to make it right cudos to them. But be warned this is an owner and host that do not take your comfort and safety into consideration over their own money made!!

Never Again

A very bad experience our first private rental and a very bad birthday experience the furniture is raggedy a dinning chair leg broke the sink backed up the air-conditioning didn’t work 2 big water bugs rain to the front door as soon as we opened the front door patio furniture was dusty the dish drainer had food in it and the sponge for dish washing smelled and also had food on it. So many horrible things I'd like to speaking with Vrbo's customer service about this whole ordeal

Mixed feelings

It’s hard to find the right words about the mixed feelings we had about our stay in this house. Many things where quite good, but the pictures online give a much spacier, lighter and cleener impression. The lighting in the living room and the bedrooms (there weren’t even bedside lamps) was poor and even a bit eery. The pots, pans and glasses in the kitchen where not really clean and the pans should hé replaced as soon as possible.

Had some checkin trouble but the host was responsive and helpful

The property was as expected. We had a problem at check-in because the door code wasn't set to the number I expected. I called and messaged the host but unfortunately it was past midnight and our kids had no patience, so we ended up checking in at a nearby hotel that night. If my family had had a little more patience, it would have worked out because the host actually replied not long after and reprogrammed the door, even at that late hour. They apologized and refunded the first night's fee without any argument. The next morning we were able to get in and the stay was perfect after that. The carpets could use some cleaning, but otherwise everything was great and as expected. Convenient spot near the freeway and comfortably away from city traffic/noise.
