Only a few kilometers from the hustle and bustle of Marrakech, the villa is located in a private domain, in the Palmeraie of Marrakech and close to the main golf courses of the city. Located in an olive grove, its location offers breathtaking views of the Atlas Mountains.
The architecture of the villa inspires the houses found in Berber kasbahs.

A city fortress rising from the ground, inspired by the villages of Berber Kasbahs, the Estate is integrated into an olive grove spread over 28 hectares, guaranteeing a low density of housing and giving pride of place to vegetation at a time when ecology is at the heart of concerns.
The Estate has been thought out and designed in harmony with its environment.
