Three minute walk to Moonlight Beach and a quick walk to shopping, bars and restaurants. Beautifully appointed home with upscale furnishings. A desk for those who must work and play. Enjoy a BBQ with friends in the backyard or a glass of wine in the courtyard. Backyard has a dining area and sitting area plus an outdoor shower. You can't go wrong with either choice. This is a single family detached home with a private yard. Moonlight Beach is the premier beach in Encinitas! We just bought a new refrigerator with ice maker! Outdoor shower for your convenience.
