The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals for your group. Enjoy your meals at the dining table, breakfast bar, or head outside to the patio to savor your meal while enjoying the scenic views of the surrounding mountains in the rocking chairs. Even grill outside if you want to take in more of the Colorado air and scenery!

The main bedroom boasts a private ensuite bathroom with a soothing whirlpool tub, perfect for a relaxing soak after a long day of outdoor adventures. The other two bedrooms are also beautifully appointed, with comfortable beds and plenty of storage space for your belongings.

Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, you will need to pay in full at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount. In contrast, cancellations made more than thirty (30) days before your arrival only lose the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
