Charming studio with panoramic river views

Drink your coffee on the balcony and watch the dolphins swim by. This is villa is the same or a little bit larger than a hotel suite. The bathroom is a half bath with a sink and toilet. The shower is located on the private balcony with sufficient covering and a beautiful view. The screen porch is private and the entire balcony is completely private for guests in this villa only. Next door to this property is a brand new riverfront bar/grill restaurant that has live music. Enjoy the music from your patio or walk over to sit and have drink at the bar. Or Take a dip in our riverfront pool or hot tub and take in the beautiful view. Sit around a cozy riverfront campfire at night. If you're feeling extra adventurous, take a kayak or canoe out into the river to see the dolphins up close and personal.
Guest access
The guests to this villa will have access to the pool and hot tub. Due to multiple guests staying at the resort, a reservation for the hot tub is required so we can schedule proper sanitation and maintenance. A cleaning fee of $75 will be collected before use.
The guests will have access to the grills which are located in the car port and the laundry facilities located to the north of the building under the stairs.
