This lovely, stylish apartment has newly undergone a radical renovation. Our aim has been to offer our guests the best possible experience in terms of comfort and aesthetics, it's located in a quiet neighborhood only 5 min. from the bus station where you get off coming from the Airport. The nearby shops cover your daily needs. In minutes you reach the bus station from where several bus lines take you to the center or to Attica metro. Sepolia metro station is about a 12 minute walk away.
The apartment is located in the elevated ground floor of a 5 storeys building measures 55 qm and consists of a bedroom, bathroom and an open plan kitchen with dining and living room, the entry hall and a spacious balcony. You are being provided with all the necessary equipment for your stay. Some of the features are: Wifi 100 Mbps, 50'' Smart Sony tv in the living room and 43'' Samsung smart tv in the bedroom, Sat Astra/Hotbird, premium Netflix, work desk, hot water, natural gas for heating, AC in the living- and the bedroom, washing machine & more.
