The apartment is in the heart of St. Clair Avenue, and you'll be steps from public transit, which you can use to explore the entire city. You'll be surrounded by a variety of shops, entertainment, coffee shops and restaurants.
You are a 6-minute walk from Alcove Coffee for that morning caffeine fix and if you're not in the mood to cook, Kings Delight and Huong Viet are near this property. Groceries can be found at Damesh Grocery & Variety Store which is not far and you'll find Duke Pharmacy a 9-minute walk as well. Love being outside? Look no further than Earlscourt Park, MacGregor Park or Oakmount Park, which are only steps away away.
Nearby attractions include the Air Canada Centre, Rogers Centre, the Metro Toronto Convention Center, the CN Tower, Union Station, Ripleyâs Aquarium, the Eaton Center, King Street, the St. Lawrence Market, Financial District, and the Queenâs Quay Waterfront.
Getting Around:

DUNDAS WEST STATION - WESTBOUND PLATFORM Subway is also only a 19 minute walk. For drivers, the closest highway is Gardiner Expressway and is within a 10-minute drive, making it easier to get into and out of the city using Dowling Ave ramps.
