Beautiful cabin

  • 5 of 5

The cabin is beautiful and very well maintained. We stayed here for snowboarding trip for my fortieth birthday and we all loved it. There are a lot of rules and requests by the owner and they seem a bit annoying at times however if I owned the property I'd do the same thing. Tons of room and very relaxing . I'd highly recommend this cabin if you want relaxation in an absolutely beautiful setting.

Multi-family ski trip - AMAZING!!

  • 5 of 5

This house was absolutely perfect for our trip! The pictures honestly do not do it justice - it was beyond expectations for sure! We loved the rustic design/decor/character of the house and the views were stunning - especially waking up to everything blanketed in fresh fallen snow! The spacious rooms were just right for our families (we had 13 people), and there were several more sleeping options with the pull-out sofa beds/chairs...especially in the media room which was definitely a favorite spot for all the kiddos. The kitchen was wonderful (had everything we needed and more) and we all were wishing we had one just like it back home, haha. We spent most of our time in there and it was great that all 13 of us could fit around the island and tables to have meals together. I will say there is a lot of creaking with the wood floors and you can hear everything in the kitchen if you're in the master bedroom which is right above it... but it comes with the rustic-ness of the cabin/house and wasn't something that would deter us from wanting to come back. Most of our phones did not have good service (even after we turned them off and back on to connect to the local towers) and Wi-Fi wasn't available.... which wasn't bad since it forced the kids to get off their electronics and have good old fashioned fun with each other, playing cards/games/outside/etc. My husband and a couple others had to use their computers for work and needed Wi-Fi, so I was able to put my hotspot on (I have Verizon which had great service) and it worked just fine for them. The drive to the ski slopes (Purgatory) was so quick...I don't even think it took a full 5 minutes to get there. We've skied at several different places and Purgatory has made it to the top of our list so far. We loved our experience here and would definitely love to come back again!

Beautiful, comfortable more than we expected!

  • 5 of 5

Everything about this stay and this property was better than expected. Ample and comfortable sleeping spaces. Plenty of seating and table space. We were pleasantly surprised with all the kitchen had. Great kitchen to cook and visit in. The outdoor view and porch were story book perfect. Our family felt at home immediately. The rental company was great! Good communication, readily available and very nice. We would recommend this property to large families, a couple of families vacationing together or anyone who enjoys luxury inside and out!
