Enjoy a stylish experience in Marbella at this centrally located place between sea, golf courses and mountains. Comfortable, bright and recently renovated & furnished. 20-25 min walk or 5 min ride to Puerto Banus Marina. One hour walk or 10 min ride along the promenade to Marbella Center.
Take pleasure in a luxurious flat with well-maintained tropical shared gardens and access to 2 pools. Closest Playground is at 5 min walk. See below neighborhood section for more details on location.

Open space kitchen, living room and dining room with spots lights and also dimmed lights for a warm relaxed evening

1st master bedroom is ensuite with a bathtub, bidet, toilet and a sink
2st bedroom has a bunk / murphy bed (foldable only if not used as a bunk bed), a motorized desk with an office chair and fast wifi ideal for remote working. This bedroom can be set up as a single room, bunk bed room or an office with the beds folded. Feel free to let us know your preference
3rd bedroom has also 2 single beds, one of them folds inside the other one
Build-in wardrobes in all rooms
20 sqm terrace with an umbrella, a dining area picnic style and a sofa set to chill
This flat is ideal for families or friends and remote workers.
