Nice home in Cape Coral
We enjoyed staying at this house. It was a perfect location to go to multiple restaurants. The house was clean and comfortable. The pool was nice. Myhusband and brother in law tried fishing in the canal with no success but they enjoyed being able to fish in the back yard. The neighborhood was quiet and we were able to walk since the house is on a cul de sac.

Great place
We had a very pleasant stay, the house was clean and organized and the price was fair. The property owner was amazing to deal with and quick to reply with any questions. The pool was nice but needs some work. There is an extra charge for heating the pool which is to be expected but I didn’t think it made a huge difference so I wouldn’t go that route in the future regardless of where I stay, I just don’t think it’s worth it. Regardless, I would definitely recommend staying here.

Not safe for children
The swimming pool has a lot of tiles missing which is not safe for children and the waterfall is pretty bad as far as pieces out of the concrete. The safety fence around the pool could easily be pulled over by a 2 year old. There is a lot of updates needed. I don’t think the ice maker was ever cleaned.

Looks better in pictures than in reality.
The house was ok, comfortably could fit 8. Was disappointed in the repairs/work that had been done.
You definetly felt like the house was just snapped together good enough to let people stay. Blinds in the family room fell if you even looked at them wrong, pool heater wouldn’t work and he had to have a repair man out. Make sure you read the fine print because you have to pay if you want the pool heated. Left a lot to be desired.

Hi Marissa, thank you for your feedback. The pool heater was working once the minor repair was done. It had been working for the prior guests as well. Sometimes things like this happen. We will take a look at the living room blinds and change the slats fell.
