About this property

Downtown Paso Robles King Bed Suite

You’ve arrived at your own little slice of wine country, and it instantly feels easy and welcoming. The home strikes a great balance between polished and comfortable—stylish without feeling stiff—and fits right into the relaxed pace of Paso Robles.

As you settle in, the hardwood floors and exposed brick walls immediately stand out, giving the space character and a sense of history while still feeling clean and modern. Everything flows naturally, and the home feels thoughtfully put together rather than overdone.

The open floor plan creates a comfortable, social vibe that works whether you’re relaxing or spending time together. The main bedroom is calm and inviting, with a king bed, a desk for getting some work done, and a cozy seating area that’s perfect for reading or unwinding. The living room has a comfortable couch that pulls out into a queen-size sofa bed, and curtains at each doorway give you the option for extra privacy when you want it. The kitchen is a natural gathering spot and is fully stocked with the essentials, making it easy to cook and connect. Just outside the kitchen, you’ll find a BBQ for easy outdoor meals. This space is designed for a true getaway, and it shows.

You’re well supported during your stay. I live locally and have a team available anytime you need assistance.

The home is located downtown on 22nd Street, putting you close to everything without feeling crowded. Downtown Park is only a 5-minute drive, with plenty of shops, dining, and wine lounges nearby. The Paso Market Walk is just a 2-minute drive down the street, offering boutique shopping, great food, and dedicated workspaces.

This is the front unit on Spring Street. While it sits along Spring St., the home is well insulated, so the atmosphere inside stays peaceful and quiet.

Parking is easy and convenient. You have a private parking spot in the back, along with additional street parking in the front.

Front Door Lock is a Problem. Otherwise a Great Place

The Electronic Key Pad on the entry door is sun damaged and unreadable in the afternoon sun. It should be replaced. Also, the key code provided by the host did not work, and we had to get help from a guest in the back unit. At the end of the code you must hit the checkmark, which was not stated by the host, and which we could not see. Unfortunately the host did not respond to our text messages so we were stranded outside the unit until we finally got help from another guest. Inside, the place is spacious, well appointed and very fine.

Overall this place is fantastic. It's super cute and clean. It was the perfect walking distance to the fair and an easy walk to downtown for coffee/lunch/dinner. The owner was very responsive. This property actually has two units that share a wall. (Heads up that the pictures on the listing are of both units.) If you're staying during fair time, I would suggest bringing headphones for when you want to sleep, as you can hear the neighbors loud and clear if they're partying after hours. ;)There are technically two parking spots for each unit (4 total) but it's VERY tight. Beware if you drive a larger car. We had two small compact cars parked so close together we couldn't open our car doors...but it was either that, or take up the other unit's spots, which we didn't want to do. Not a deterrent, but just an FYI for future stays. All the above would not keep me from staying here again, but I like to provide FYIs to anyone who is sensitive to things like that. Again, this is a great spot if want to be close to downtown or the fair. I would definitely stay here again if available.
