The host provided good instructions on how to work everything that comes with staying in an RV (generator, water pump, etc). For someone not used to it, I could have used instructions on *when/why* to run the generator (hint: not the whole time). Our main reason for staying there was to enjoy the stars, but it rained. Obviously, that's out of the host's control, but the internet also wasn't working, so we had to play the provided board games and talk to each other! It was great! And the host did provide a fix for the internet the following day (almost wish she hadn't). The Mean Bean coffee shop up the road has excellent coffee and tea. The location, less than 30 mins to the Grand Canyon, was perfect. Would stay again!

Perfect base for our grand canyon trip. Close to park but quiet and unique. Clean and comfortable. Would stay again.

Wide open space

My dad and I had a lovely stay! The RV was very clean and cozy with everything you could possibly need. Ndema was very communicative throughout our stay if we had any questions. Would definitely stay again.

Grand Canyon visit

Amazing stay. It was chilly overnight outside but the camper was warm. Host was great at responding to any questions.

Excellent weekend stay

We visited the grand canyon during our stay, the proximity to the park is excellent. The RV was clean and had all the main essentials. The property manager was very receptive and the provided welcoming instructions were very helpful.

Definitely exceeded expectations!

We had a great night under the stars! Captured some amazing star pictures. Wide open space and peaceful. Host was responsive with any questions we had.

Lovely!

We enjoyed our stay very much! This home was very clean and had everything we needed or wanted. It's solar powered which is a bonus. We stayed for 2 nights so we could make a small exploration of the Grand Canyon. This is a great location from which to make day trips. We want to make a longer visit to the Grand Canyon next year (not sure when yet) but would most definitely love to stay in this home again!

Great stay off the grid

We had an amazing time. The RV was clean, fully equipped, and well taken care of. The host was great to communicate with, making everything easy. The location was perfect, and the starry nights were truly the highlight. We can't wait to come back!

So Peaceful & Perfect

Such an incredible getaway. Absolutely the icing on the cake for a Valentine's weekend getaway. Perfect property to just unplug and enjoy nature. Everything we could need was provided and communication was exceptional. If you want quiet relaxation and Mother Nature along with perfect location to be 30 minutes from the Grand Canyon this is the place for you and your family

Great stay off the grid

We had a great 2 night stay on this amazing RV. It was pristine clean and very well equipped. The host was on top of everything and answered all our questions regarding the internet and RV equipment. Highly recommended property!

Great location for stargazing

We stayed here as a family—including my elderly parents and our 5-year-old—and had a wonderful experience. The place was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. All instructions for using the AC/heating, generator, and other amenities were clear and easy to follow.It was my parents’ first time staying in an RV, and they thoroughly enjoyed it! The views are absolutely stunning, and the location is peaceful and secluded—perfect for stargazing if you know what to look for.We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place to others!

Great Location with a Beautiful View

This property was exactly what we wanted--off the grid but not camping. It worked well for our family of six, with everything we needed at our fingertips. The guide provided by the owner was absolutely amazing! The owner was also responsive to questions.

Grand Canyon

The RV is in a great location close to the park beautiful views. The beds were comfortable. Communication was great with our host. I forgot to read the online guide book before we arrived so we were confused about turning on ac. The only negative is that you need to turn on the generator to run the microwave and ac. We understand it runs on solar but it was annoying to have to go outside each time you wanted to use them.

I so badly wanted to give this place a better review, but I have to be honest about our experience.Check-in did not go smoothly. Our 3:00 PM check-in passed without a door code, and I didn’t receive it until I reached out at 4:30 PM. The owner responded quickly and said the automated system failed, which I understand can happen. However, when we arrived the lockbox code still didn’t work, and we had to use a secondary lock box after much delay.As we moved in, my daughter repositioned the bunk ladder and the railing snapped off. It was clearly previously broken and only held by one screw. The owner confirmed it had been broken before our stay and was awaiting repair.I also asked ahead of time about a coffee maker but never got a response. There was none in the camper, and while searching the cabinets a door fell off its hinge. The owner later said the coffee press had recently broken and had not been replaced. There were also other signs of wear like broken screens and missing handles, making it feel less maintained than expected.We followed the printed guide for generator/solar setup exactly but could not get lights or TV to run on solar as advertised. This meant we couldn't charge our devices overnight, which isn’t practical for camping. Communication continued during the stay, but several issues remained unresolved.The guidebook had a different address than what was listed on the camper. Making locating difficult. The camper was clean but these issues made it hard.
