The best first time in Kaua’i

The villa was beautiful, spacious and well stocked. The property was immaculate and well maintained. The pool and hot tub were gorgeous and it was only a short walk to Poipu beach. Staff were friendly and quick to respond. Would definitely recommend this place and would definitely return.

A wonderful vacation spot

We loved it here! We stayed here for 8 days with our 3 young kids. Wish we could have stayed for another week! The place is better than the photos, has a wonderfully spacious layout, an awesome patio, big kitchen, and an amazing pool and hot tub. My kids would have just spent the whole week in the pool if we let them. The location was great for us. It was just a short walk to the beach and very central to lots of the activities we had planned during our vacation. It was so great to be able to borrow the beach supplies too! We would love to stay here again someday!

Beautiful property

Worth the splurge. Super clean, high end condo. Beautiful grounds. Pool was great. Walkable to Poipu Beach (.4) or Shipwreck Beach (.5). Nice beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, boogie boards, a rolling midsize Igloo cooler, and beach towels all provided. Outdoor table and some seating in the shade. Bed and couch were very comfortable. Shower and tub were really nice. Despite the listing stating there would not be certain items, our unit (F211) had all spices, coffee filters, and laundry detergent plus everything you need to cook. Parking right out front. A good central location if you’re interested in exploring the south, west, and east. Ka’apa was our favorite town with lots of shops, restaurants, HeeFat shave ice, and the widest beaches that were relaxing and not as crowded as Poipu, which is as small and underwhelming except for the one day sea turtles were basking on the beach. Getting to Hanalei Bay was about 1 hr 15 mins so not too bad. The resort area was clean and very safe. Lots of families.

We very much enjoyed the beautiful pool and grounds. Loved the easy access to beach. The condo was spacious and well stocked. The lanai area was wonderful and nice furniture. Appreciated having access all the beach chairs, umbrella and cooler. Great location! Would have liked to get code for entry to condo sooner than 20 hours before we checked in and the sub par dryer was worthless. It took 4 plus hours to dry items even smaller loads. It should be replaced waisting power and a lot of time when items we needed (towels). Appreciated the quick response for fixing toliet.
