It's the perfect place to unwind. Spacious studio, queen-sized bed, minibar and microwave.

Situated on the second floor of the building, the unit features linens, towels (bath and pool) , internet, TV, cable, ceiling fan, AC, Queen-sized bed and hammock.

The Neighborhood:
Privileged location, 14th st and 10th Ave. Right in the center of Playa del Carmen, walking distance to restaurants, bars, cafes and Quinta Alegría shopping mall on 5th. Ave. The beach is a few steps away. As soon as you get to the condo you will notice you have everything at hand and it is perfect for long or shorts walks.

Getting Around:
THE AREA:
You'll walk everywhere in minutes, no more than 200 mts. you will find places of interest and several shopping options: authentic mexican food, all-fresh juice bars and vegan-friendly shops. We are more than happy to offer our recommendations about the local area and answer any questions you have about the unit or the complex itself.

OCCUPANCY:
This unit allows 2 overnight guests.

PARKING:
Metered parking spaces on the street.

GATHERINGS:
We know you are coming to Playa del Carmen to have a good time, but out of respect to the other travelers, this villa has a strict “No Party” policy.

QUIET HOURS:
Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Guests are responsible for the conduct of all persons in their unit.

SMOKING:
Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the unit. There will be a minimum $250 penalty fee if it is determined that there was smoking in your room during your reservation period.

MINIMUM AGE:
By booking a reservation, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a contract. The name on the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the duration of the stay.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:
Check-in time is at or after 4pm and check-out time is prior to or at 11am. Early check-ins and late checkouts are based on availability and can be requested one day before. Additional fees may apply.
