Book a stay in our 2BR/2BA condo located in a safe gated community, close to the city center with several amenities including unlimited WiFi, lifts, swimming pool, gym, on-site parking, 24-hour private security, CCTV cameras, Carbon Monoxide and smoke alarm. The two rooms are medium sized (12x12ft) with very spacious ground-to-ceiling wardrobes. One room is self-contained (en-suite), and the other attached to a shared bathroom. Spend time with your family in a large living room with comfortable sofas, coffee table, and flat screen smart tv (with GoTV subscription). Cook up a storm in the kitchen with a gas/electric cooker (with electric oven), with large cabinets for extra storage, and a large twin door refrigerator for your drinks and leftovers. Have meals with your family in the dining room with a 6 seater hardwood dining table. Cookware, plates/cups/glasses, cutlery, cooking pots/pans, microwave and toaster are all provided. Relax on the balcony with a view from this 8th floor apartment of the neighborhood. The following amenities are available for your convenience: washing machine, ironing table, and a flat iron. The bathrooms have water heaters, marble-top vanities, large mirrors, and glass shower cubicles with sliding glass doors. This apartment is conveniently located on the main road, which is a paved tarmac road, in a quiet residential area. It is within walking distance to nearby supermarkets, restaurants, laundromats, and bars. It is only 15 minutes by car/cab/motorbike from the city center. It is perfect for anyone coming to Uganda on business, or vacation. Minimum stay is 2 weeks.

This condo is located in Najeera 2, Wakiso District, Uganda. This is a very good residential neighborhood that's close to everything, the CBD, entertainment, resorts, the airport, and so on. It is also a very safe neighborhood.

What makes this property unique

This condo is located in a gated community consisting of two blocks of flats. It has its own security personnel, and cameras. Entry and exit from the community is controlled by the security personnel. It also has a swimming pool, and a gym on site. It has ample parking, including covered parking. It is a quiet neighborhood, away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. Despite that, it is very accessible via taxis, cabs, Uber, Lyft and Airport shuttles. I provide free unlimited WiFi, and a free TV subscription (ZUKU TV) with over 100 local and International channels (including news channels and children's channels). Air conditioning is available to keep the apartment cool at all times. The apartment is also equipped with heated water for warm showers. For your safety, carbon monoxide and smoke alarms have been fitted in the apartment. The neighborhood is a highly sought-after location in Kampala, as it has several amenities within walking distance, for example, supermarkets, convenience stores, restaurants, bars, laundromats, health centers, hair salons, car washes, and farmers markets, just to mention but a few. The area is also very easily accessible via public transportation, and guests can easily order an Uber/Lyft, catch a combi van taxi, motor bike taxi (boda boda) or just walk to a nearby amenity.
