Please note: This home will sleep a maximum of 8 people. We do not allow sleeping on the floor, on blow up beds, or on the furniture etc. Your group must be able to sleep in the bedding provided.

*Important Please Note*
• Summer Season: From late June through Aug this home must be reserved from Saturday to Saturday.
However, closer to arrival (4-6 weeks) this policy may be relaxed so please enter your preferred dates to see if they are accepted or contact us directly with questions.
• Holiday Season: Reservations that include both Christmas and New Year’s may not be accepted unless they are 10 days or longer.  Reservation arrivals on Christmas Day may also not be accepted.

• The upper master bedroom has its own private, upper-level entrance, sumptuous king sized bed, roof deck, firepit, and more.
• The upper master has a super deluxe soaking tub with direct view of the Morro Rock and a dual head steam shower. 
• The expansive upper deck features a firepit and the most stunning panoramic views.
• The second bedroom is located in the first level of the home and features 2 bunk beds; 4 total adult-sized twin beds.
• The third bedroom, features a super plush king bed, with a peek of the ocean, so you can be lulled by the waves all night long.
• There is a restroom off the lower master room, with a en-suite privacy option, that has a tub/shower combo. 
• The den includes a custom, high-end surround sound entertainment center with brand new large flat screen 4K TV, a huge Roche Bubois sectional with plenty of seating room for all; plus a foosball table and exercise bike! 
• Off the den there is another full bath with a multi-shower-head steam shower. 
• The dining area is open to the custom kitchen and ocean-front living room.
• The kitchen is well equipped, including Viking and Sub Zero appliances, with all you need to prepare your favorite meals.
• There is a brand new full-sized propane BBQ on the beachfront patio with plenty of seating for all to enjoy. There is also a lit, private staircase with quick, direct access to the miles of open beach. 
• There is a hot and cold outdoor shower, and a separate foot wash to rinse off the sand from beach play before entering the home; please use!
• Washer and Dryer available for guest use.

Beach-N-Bay Getaways welcomes service animals recognized by the ADA (American Disabilities Act). In advance of a visit to any of our properties with a service animal, Management must be notified and once screened written approval will be issued. Unapproved animals on any of our properties are a violation of our contract and grounds for eviction.
