The house itself is beautifully appointed with upscale furnishings and fully equipped with all the amenities you'll need for a comfortable stay.Outside, you can enjoy the beautiful views from the comfortable front porch or taking a relaxing soak in the hot tub. Located just a short drive Fayetteville and the University of Arkansas, Devils Den State Park, White Rock, the Buckhorn OHV Trail System or Fort Smith. This cabin is the perfect base for exploring all the area has to offer. Whether you're looking to hike, fish, kayak or simply relax in a picturesque location, this is the perfect spot for your next getaway. ***The property is located on a dirt road that is steep. In the winter months when it is snowy or icy a 4 wheel drive vehicle would be needed. If you are pulling a large trailer a 4 wheel drive vehicle may be necessary.

This is our home so please be respectful. The Coffee table is a real piece of petrified wood. Please do not sit on it.

Only throw bagged trash away outside. The trash service will not pick up trash if it is not bagged.

We booked this location for its amazing views of Lake Fort Smith, location in proximity to some amazing sightseeing and motorcycle riding locations nearby. Check in procedures were simple upon arrival and everything was super clean. The property is very secluded from any other homes in the area. The views, tranquility and quietness of the grounds were amazing. The home easily accommodated 3 couples and the beds were soft, clean and comfortable. The hot tub on the porch was a nice touch we all enjoyed. There was a Blackstone griddle we used daily to cook our meals. Overall our entire group said we will def be booking this location again.

Memorable and Beyond Expectations

Walk into a clean, beautiful kitchen with an open floor plan to the living room with AMAZING views of Lake Fort Smith. I loved that the master bedroom was on the complete opposite side of the house. Laundry area was the perfect size! Spent a lot of relaxing time on the porch with our coffee, taking in the EXCEPTIONAL views. Peaceful and inviting. We cooked our food on the gas powered griddle just outside. Given the weather was hot, my husband woke up around 530 am to take a short dip in the hot tub to relax his back from his hard laboring 9 to 5 job. Would ABSOLUTELY go back and refer this home. Thank you so much for sharing your home. Much needed stay

Hiking get away

Beautiful surroundings. Peaceful. The decor of the VRBO was absolutely beautiful and stunning! The house was so clean! Everything was perfect! It was so nice to be able to wash our clothes after hiking as it was a little muddy.The bedrooms were wonderful with beautiful decorations. Each person loved their bed and commented how comfortable everything was. It was great having a fan above the bed.The refrigerator was a great size due to having people with their Hiking food to take on the trails. We have plenty of room to store our food.We loved everything about your home. We felt like we were at home. We’ll definitely be back.

Cute house with a relaxing and beautiful view. Loved sitting on the porch or in the hot tub looking over the lake. As stated the road going to the house is a little rough, but you just take your time for that short distance to get to your little piece of heaven. Would definitely suggest this place to my friends and family!

(Early) Galentine’s weekend celebration

Beautiful home with the most amazing view of the lake!! ! An almost perfect stay except the hot tub was dirty. A lot of black dirt/grime at the water line around the jets. We didn’t notice the first night because it was dark when we opened the cover to get in. We did make the best of it, but we were all a little disappointed since we had planned on being in there quite a bit throughout the weekend.

Beautiful View

Well kept home nestled on a bluff. Comfy beds and furnishings. Enjoyed coffee on the porch and beverages around the fire pit. Great getaway.
