Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
A nice relatively secluded spot. A very large lot with lots of tall pines around. Unfortunately the place is up for sale and many things including the front and back decks are in serious need of maintenance. Be careful of splinters and protruding nail heads. We enjoyed our stay but the place is a little ragged around the edges. Inside cleanliness and linens are very good. Service and responsiveness by host is excellent. If new owners fix the place up inside and out, refresh things, and keep it on VRBO later, we would stay there again.

Disliked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy
This property should not be listed with VRBO until the property owner makes some considerable improvements. There were many things broken, stained carpets, switches not working, and is horrible disrepair. The location and is around other properties that have either been abandoned or are up for sale and in terrible shape. Recommend VRBO take this property off their site until property has been completely upgraded, inspected and approved as a listing by VRBO.
