Beautiful/impeccable open floor plan 2 bedrooms plus den fully furnished 1,550 square feet apartment with beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico and vicinity. Open space living room with wet bar. Master bedroom has a king size bed and full bathroom. Guest bedroom features twin beds and adjacent full bathroom. Beds can be converted to king size. Cable TV, DVD. Den sofa converts to double sleeping bed. Kitchen is fully equipped. Large dining room area seats 6. It has a large screened lanai plus additional large open balcony. Full size washer/dryer inside apartment. All linens provided. Building has a nice heated pool and beach within walking distance, only 2 blocks away.

My wife and I spent January and February 2013 in this apartment. We were absolutely delighted with it.

Not only is the sea view great from the living and dining rooms but its South-West orientation plus the distance from other buildings means that the whole place is bathed in light all day. The place is really fully equipped : there is nothing missing. Moreover the decoration is very elegant and the furniture very comfortable: the apartment is a pleasure to live in and look at. Finally, dealing with the owners was a pleasure: they were efficient, fast and loveable.

High standing.

The appartment is located at only few minutes from south Marco beach by walking, in a small residence with private heated pool, parking, and lift.

It is very clean, spacious, bright, well-arranged (lovely linen and decoration) and equipped. It is located in a very quiet area.

The big terrace offers view on the gulf and it is possible to stay late as it is protected from insects ans mosquitos.

This was our 3rd time in Florida, and this was the cleanest place we saw. We felt very safe as soon as we arrived. No need to do complementary housework on arrival, everything was perfect from the beginning.

We all immediately enjoyed the place.

If we go back to Marco we would like to go back again to this appartment.

Great view, quiet location, walk to the beach!

I stayed here with my fiancé for 6 weeks this winter. We loved the amazing view from this South Marco location, and the two great lanai's. The pool was warm and well kept up. We could walk to the beach thee blocks away, walk two blocks to fish at Caxambas park, and keep ourselves busy with many things to do and see on the island and in the area. The owners are very helpful and easy to work with. We loved Lee B Fish, the Snook Inn, and Sale de Pepe. We loved walking to watch sunset on the beach each night. Owners provided beach chairs which was helpful. We rented a boat one day and fished , rented bikes and toured the island. Tigertail Beach was our favorite beach to shell and kayak the lagoon.
