There are 6 bedrooms, 9 beds, 5.5 bathrooms, 3 kitchens, 3 dining rooms, 2 living rooms that provide all possible comfort for a maximum of 16 people in the whole house!

The space
You will have complete privacy and security within the Ciudad Del Mar urbanization. The 6 rooms have their own air conditioning and very comfortable beds.
They will have availability of several Wi-Fi networks so that they have a signal throughout the house (The speed of 100mbps of fiber optics)
In the living room, with the 65¨4K TV you can count on DirecTV, Netflix, and Movistar TV.
Guest access
The Ciudad del Mar urbanization has a Social Club with several swimming pools and a Tikibar. For guests is free to enter the Social Club for 2 hours and a maximum of 9 guests. Children under 8 years old do not count. (IMPORTANT: It is necessary to communicate to the host and indicate the schedule to coordinate)
Pool hours from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Entrance to Private Beach is in the same schedule and does not have time or number of people.
Gym is not available.
