Chill in the gazebo, relax in the hot tub or make a fire next to the river while enjoying the unforgettable views and ever-entertaining wildlife action. This house makes any stay feel too short.

The house is located on a residential area in Little Falls, MN overlooking the Mississippi River (waterfront backyard). Walking distance to Historic Downtown Little Falls. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms plus a 1/2 bathroom. There are a couple of bicycles and a canoe with life vests available for the guests as well as a gas grill ready to go. Multiple TVs with Roku/streaming devices. Central A/C for your comfort. Heated outdoor gazebo, Hot tub and a Sun Room.
