Historic Retreat

Come stop by at this beautiful, cozy, historic unit! Very quaint and cute! Perfect for a small family getaway.
Cook your favorite meal for you and your family in this retro kitchen, or chill on the couch watching your go-to bingeworthy show! Many games for your kids to enjoy. Even the whole family can get together and enjoy an old school board game!
The home is fully stocked with everything you'll need. Cookware, utensils, soaps, washer and dryer also in unit.
We can't wait to have you!

Unfortunately this home does not have an AC Unit. However, we do provide portable AC fans. You may not need them as we are located in the cool pines of Prescott!

A separate contract will be required by Bear Creek Property Management and Associates LLC prior to guest check in.

4th of July getaway

We were two couples getting out of Phoenix for the Fourth of July weekend. This house was perfect for our needs. It was just a few blocks from Prescott Center. There was so much going on for the holiday weekend, and it was so easy to get to everything. We would definitely stay here again.

Baseball tournament

We enjoyed our stay and the location is great for access to Whiskey Row & Yavapai college. (Walking distance to downtown). It was a little confusing on which door was the actual property and the door code given was incorrect. Once we got a hold of the property owner we were good to go. They were quickly responsive. It’s an older property so the lighting and fans weren’t working or very strong. It’s cutely decorated and has a comfortable, quaint vibe. We would definitely rent again.
