About this property
villa with swimming pool + sauna in city center Aix en Provence-airconditionned
This is our family house which we rent during our holidays. It is a recently renovated house originally built in 1930. The house is provided with all the comforts that a family would require, such as cooking facilities, a lot of space, a nice swimming pool, with big terrace and a lovely garden with a big barbecue. The house is walking distance (5 minutes) to the historic center of Aix en Provence, with plenty of restaurants, museum, theater shops.
The house is perfect for couples and families (with children), but it is close to other houses, so no parties are allowed and guests are expected to be respectful for neighbors.
