The Space:

Picture unwinding in this new and beautifully decorated 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom condo. The modern yet cozy décor will make you feel right at home, while the ample space is perfect for families or traveling couples. Game nights, movie marathons, or friendly competition – HooDoo has it all. Enjoy an Xbox console, a ping pong table, and more for endless entertainment. End your day of adventure on a perfect note: soak in the hot tub beneath a blanket of stars.



Downstairs:

Living Area - This inviting space features two comfy sofas, coffee and end tables for convenience, a large Smart TV for catching up on shows, and an Xbox console for fun with family and friends.

Kitchen - The fully-equipped kitchen includes a kitchen island with seating for four, as well as a dining table with chairs for 6 and a large bench to accommodate more if needed. Unleash your inner chef with our supply of pots & pans (including a pizza pan!), hand mixer, waffle iron, blender, Crock Pot, baking dishes, cookie sheets, coffee maker and more.

Half Bath - for added convenience.



Upstairs (all bedrooms are upstairs):

Master Suite - Drift off to dreamland on a king-sized bed with a plush mattress. In addition to a Smart TV, this spacious room features a dedicated workspace, if you need to connect with the office. Step outside onto a private balcony and greet the day with a quiet moment, watching the sun rise over the breathtaking red cliffs.

Ensuite Bathroom - Enjoy the ease of a large vanity and a shower/tub combo. We provide soap, bodywash, shampoo & conditioner.

Guest Bedroom 1 - Also featuring a luxurious king mattress, spacious closet, and a Smart TV, this room boasts everything you need for a restful night's sleep.

Guest Bedroom 2 - This room accommodates up to 4, and provides a tranquil retreat with 2 deluxe queen beds, a Smart TV for entertainment, and also has a spacious closet.

Guest Bathroom - Shared by both guest bedrooms, this is a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo, and complimentary soap, bodywash, shampoo & conditioner.

Laundry Room - Located upstairs, it's equipped with a full capacity washer & dryer as well as complimentary laundry soap.



Outside:

Backyard/Patio: This fully enclosed space has it all! Grill up a feast on the BBQ, enjoy al fresco dining, then unwind in the soothing hot tub.

Garage: This dual purpose space has both room to park your car and a separate space with a ping pong table for added fun.



Guest Access:

You will be provided with a code to enter the home prior to your arrival.



Guests will have full use of the townhome, garage, balcony, and patio.



The Neighborhood:

HooDoo is located in one of Kanab's newest developments, White Pocket Villas. Please note the address may not show up on some map programs due to the newness.



If entering from the North you will come through downtown Kanab and take a left on 650 South (just before the Bureau of Land Management building). Drive 1 block and White Pocket Villas will be on your right.



If entering from the South on Hwy 89A you will take a right on 650 South (just past the Bureau of Land Management building). Drive 1 block and White Pocket Villas will be on your right.

There's plenty to do with state and national parks nearby, but if you're looking for something more low-key for a day or two, consider the local hikes featured on the flyers in our house book: Squaw, Bunting and K-hill, all offering wonderful views. As well, Jacob Hamblin park has a playground, field, pool with slides, splash pad, softball fields, and tennis/pickleball courts; Kanab City Library is nearby and often has books for sale; Best Friends Animal Sanctuary has great guided tours. Jackson Flat Reservoir is just a few miles South and rents paddleboards and kayaks, or rent an e-bike and ride around the water on Sherry Bunting trail. Also consider the local restaurants, bakeries, and ice cream shops. We love some of the local tour companies; they can make your travel time far more productive and enjoyable. Many of them even offer early morning pick-ups from Kanab.



Equestrian and biking trails are also available.



Getting Around:

This home has convenient access to Hwy 89A/89 which takes you to Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, Zion and Bryce National Parks, Lake Powell, as well as the north rim of the Grand Canyon.



Here in southern Utah a vehicle is required to get around in town and beyond. We recommend a 4WD vehicle with high clearance if you intend to go off-road to out of the way places.



Page, AZ airport is 1 hour away; St. George, UT airport is 1.5 hours away; Las Vegas airport is 3 hours away.
