Set squarely on 25 acres and surrounded by its own paradise park, the home sits across the green grass courtyard in front of a private 2-acre pond. While having out of town privacy and close proximity to the Kasilof River for drifting, kayaking and fishing, you are only 3 miles from amazing ocean beaches for beach combing, bonfires and more fishing. No fishing or swimming on premises.
