Peaceful and Lovely Home in Pinecrest Lake Community

Lovely 2-story townhome in Pinecrest Lake Community that is a short 15-20 minute drive to Camelback, Jack Frost and Big Boulder for skiing. Kalahari is a 10-minute drive from our home.

This is a corner property with high ceilings, a cozy fireplace, a front porch with rocking chairs and back porch with a table and chairs and a charcoal and gas grill, and lovely greenery outside the home. It is a short 3 minute walk to the lake.

The space:
Lovely townhome in a private lake community, Pinecrest Lake and Country Club. Living room with wood burning fireplace and TV, eat-in kitchen, master bedroom with full bath (and spa tub) on the first floor, half bath on the first floor, 2 bedrooms and a loft upstairs with a sectional.

The beautiful lake community pool is open from the third week of June through Labor Day weekend. Separate temporary membership fee required to be paid by guests.

From May through October, there is a Temporary Membership to use the tennis courts, pool, lake, and golf course (there will be additional fees for round).

$375/week for up to 6 persons. $50 each week for any person over 6 people.

Guest access: Guests will have access to the whole space, with the exception of 2 closets which we use for personal storage.

Other things to note: The house has a TV in the loft and the living room. The loft TV has a chromecast and the living room has an Amazon fire stick. The TV gets local channels but no cable.
