This property is a 3-minute drive to excellent bank fishing for massive striper, large mouth bass and sturgeon in our magnificent Delta river system where there is also a FREE boat launch.

A concreted entrance was recently installed to accomodate the simultaneous parking of two vehicles at the front of the cottage behind a locked gate. Very convenient and clean. No mud on your shoes or dirt on the vehicle is possible.
One of Stockton's most popular restaurants is ONLY a 3-minute WALK away and shouldn't be missed! It's pretty famous around here, open from 6am-3pm every weekday and 7am-2pm on Saturdays and is called Taqueria Chapala.

The center of downtown is just a 6-minute drive away with the recently created ball park and waterfront.

There is a convenience store just a 4-minute WALK away with bread, milk, frozen meals, toothpaste, soap, batteries + more and they're open from early until late (10pm).
