Great place to stay for our visit! Walkable to local places to eat, grocery store, and parks. Close to the beach and other local attractions.The rental was great for us, stocked with everything we needed to cook and hang out. We had a great visit and will for sure look to stay again!

Large place, plenty of room, our group enjoyed themselves greatly. Needed a place we could cook; kitchen met our needs nicely. Great stay.

Great Stay

Needed a place to stay for the ND/OSU game and South Bend was sold out and/or ridiculously priced. This was about a 30 minute drive to campus - no big deal - and a much better value.

Beautiful Apartment

The apartment is spacious and a beautiful space. We enjoyed our stay! It had everything we needed and was a great location in proximity to the wineries we visited. Nice town although not much to do in Berrien Springs. However, it's a 15-20 minute drive to St. Joseph where there are many more shopping and restaurant options.

Wedding Week Stay

Picked this location to be close to our wedding venue and it couldn’t have worked out more perfectly. The hosts were kind enough to allow all 14 girls to get ready for my wedding the morning of and there was plenty of space for everything! Communication was great and the hosts were close enough to go say hello! The place was clean and had everything you could need. My husband and I will I’m sure be back to celebrate anniversaries in the years to come. Thank you for the wonderful memories!

Wedding weekend

The loft is lovely. Very comfortable for my family of 5. Everything was easy to find. There is a dinner one block away and a grocery store one block away. We were 5 minutes from the wedding venue. There are lovely recreational areas close too but it was a rainy weekend so we just stayed in the loft. There were plenty of dishes glasses and silverware but we didn’t need anything.

Amazing, Beautiful home!

This apartment is huge, beautiful and awesome location. The beds were super cozy, plenty of room, well stocked beautiful kitchen. The owners are wonderful. Plenty of good food in walking distance. We had a blast! 5 stars!

Terrific Loft In A Great Location!!!

We used Garren & Bonny's loft for overflow guests we couldn't sleep in Berrien Springs. Listing is very accurate. Loft is beautifully decorated, welcoming and so spacious. No issue whatsoever and our guests enjoyed tremendously their stay. Garren & Bonny were great communicating with me and providing all the needed information for your stay. I strongly recommend their place. Bonus for us, we met Garren on our arrival and again mentioned do not hesitate to contact him as needed. We had a great stay and we thank you very much for allowing us to enjoy it! Thank you again. Humphrey Granger.

Amazing, cool touches & would definitely stay again!

The owners were very helpful and easy to contact. Gave us a great recommendation for lunch and even contacted us to get us back a watch we had left. This property was very clean and even smelled clean! That's huge for us. We loved the Christian touches throughout the property and the space was amazing for the price! The kitchen had EVERYTHING you could possibly need. One very big thing for us is toilet paper. Almost every property we have ever stayed at had cheap toilet paper. This place had Charmin Ultra Strong!!! My husband takes his own on vacations and he didn't have to use it. I feel like this place spends the extra money to make a difference. We loved it and would highly recommend staying here!!! Super close to the beach at St. Joseph's & Benton Harbor if you're looking for that area.

Wine Trail Stay

My daughters and I wanted to take in the beautiful colors of MI in their Autumn peak, and why not sip some wine also, right? The location of the Upper Room was SUPER convenient! And what an impression the place makes upon entering! If you want to cook, there is a well equipped kitchen and a grocery store just down the block. If you want to rest from cooking, there are a couple of restaurants literally across the street! On top of that, the proximity to local wineries was perfect. Thanks for helping to make our girls weekend so comfortable and enjoyable!

My friend's and I stayed here for a wedding nearby. We enjoyed the convenient location, comfortable furnishings, and great communication with the owners. I highly recommend this space for a short weekend in Berrien Springs!

Wonderful place to stay

My wife and I booked this place for anniversary… tons of space and excellent amenities! 25 mins to St. Joseph makes this a great place to enjoy the beach and come back to a quiet loft! Would recommend for couples or families! Great communication with hosts as well…

Perfect weekend getaway

Girls’ Weekend

Three moms looking for a quick get away to rest & relax. The property was unique & very nice. Parking was fantastic. There were a few restaurants in walking distance that were really good & everything else we wanted to do was a reasonable drive away.

Perfect weekend getaway

Stayed here with a couple friends and had a great visit! The loft apartment was very clean and comfortable and we loved the convenience of the grocery store across the street. The owners are super friendly and very responsive. It's a quick drive to St. Joseph and several nearby wineries. We would definitely stay here again!
