UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT! This newly remodeled, crisp, clean, home is located in the beautiful gated community of Solana Resort and includes many free public and private amenities! It is just 30 minutes from Orlando Airport (MCO) and 20 mins to Disney! Our home boasts an open floor plan providing a bright and beautiful backdrop for your next vacation! Stay for Disney Resorts, drive to the coasts, or call it a home away from home for you snow birds looking to escape to the lovely Florida climate!
The house is enclosed in Solana Resort which is a gated community with a 24 hour guard. This resort has many amenities including clubhouse, fitness room, pool tables, store, arcade, ice cream, mini-golf, large in-ground spa, kids rock climbing wall, playground, BBQ areas, and sand volleyball. I know, it's literally unparallel! THE NEWLY REMODELED HOME ALSO HAS a complete brand new furniture, private pool, in-ground spa, patio area, loungers, game room, tv's in every room, master bathroom, brand new laundry machine & dryer, fully stocked kitchen, blender, coffee maker, tea kettle, and brand new furniture with fresh beach décor unifying the beautiful space. Take a walk outside in our beautiful gated community and say hello to friendly faces as you make your way down to play a little mini golf with the kids, or enjoy their spacious pool and spa, play some beach volleyball, or relax as you watch the kids play at the playground. At the clubhouse, you can also get your workout in, grab a snack, or hang out with a drink at the Tiki Bar (open seasonally).
We bought this home to use as a vacation home ourselves to escape the chill of Chicago from time to time. We carefully furnished it with brand new furniture, carpets, and a fresh beach decor so it would feel like paradise. We thought of all the details to make our getaway feel like an experience to hold onto every time we go… now we are sharing it with you! We thought of all the details so your vacation is perfect! This home is just 30 min from Orlando MCO Airport, 20 min from Disney, and 1.5 hrs from either coasts. Davenport is an up and coming city with brand new shopping, restaurants, and nightlife. Our home is also neighboring with Championsgate, which is a very nice area with great dining, nightlife, and golfing. The Solana resort community also has many free amenities and 24/7 guard. Your family will not only enjoy the home, the resort, but also all that our area has to offer... and obviously DISNEY!
