Beautiful house three blocks from the beach. South of Florianópolis Island
Large, bright and ventilated house 300 meters from the sea. Located in a peaceful neighborhood in the south of the island called Costa de Dentro, in the southern swamp. Surrounded by nature and green, especially for families who want peace and quiet .. At 50 meters there is a supermarket, at 40 meters the bus stop. Restaurants, and bars. It is 45 minutes from the airport, and 50 minutes from the city center

It has three floors
Ground floor: Living room, kitchen and bathroom
First floor: Small room and a bedroom with two single beds. A bed in the smallest room.
Second floor: Double bedroom with ceiling fan. Bathroom with toilet, but no shower. Large terrace with panoramic views.
