The Meadows Community has three golf courses: The Meadows Country Club (private), The Highlands and The Groves (public). A mere 3 miles away is the University Town Center Mall (UTC) that offers endless shopping and dining options.

Only 12 miles from renowned Siesta Key Beach and 11 miles from picturesque Lido Key and St. Armand Circle. An 8 mile drive to Sarasota Bradenton International Airport.

Condo with excellent location in The Meadows with gracious owner and property manager. We loved having the pool so close by, it was an added wonderful bonus! We met a few neighbors at the pool, - all very nice. Both owner and property manager highly responsive to any question we had. Safe, quiet location close to any amenities you could want!

The accommodation was spacious and well furnished and although lacking a little in natural light the provided lighting gave good coverage. Just a few easily corrected niggles regarding vertical blinds and water supply in the en suite bathroom prevent me from scoring EXCELLENT. In that latter regard it needs to be said that the walk-in shower was superb.

had a very pleasant stay in Christine's apartment. The description fully corresponded to the actual conditions. Christine is a very friendly and pleasant host who answered our questions promptly. The apartment is very well equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. It is lovingly furnished so that you can immediately feel at home. The bedrooms are pleasantly large and the mattresses ensure a restful night's sleep. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, so that nothing is missing. The location of The Meadows is more than good. Many stores are just a short walk away. The large shopping center can be reached in a few minutes. We are planning to stay again next year.
