A perfect Location for your many coastal adventures, including the newly built Mote Aquarium in nearby Benderson Park (opening January 2025) and PopStroke Tiger Woods designed putting courses with a rooftop bar and a full service restaurant.
The Meadows Community has three golf courses: The Meadows Country Club (private), The Highlands and The Groves (public). Tennis courts (add'l fees) and Pickle ball courts, 15 miles of peaceful and picturesque walking and bike trails. A mere 3 miles away is the University Town Center Mall (UTC) that offers endless shopping and dining options.
Only 12 miles from renowned Siesta Key Beach and 11 miles from picturesque Lido Key and St. Armand Circle. An 8 mile drive to Sarasota Bradenton International Airport.
While at the condo, enjoy free WiFi and your favorite shows with 3 smart TVs. Take care of your laundry with the in-unit washer and dryer. The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with all essentials including a blender, air fryer, Foreman grill, toaster in addition to stove, refrigerator, microwave.
