Nouvelle maison de luxe en bord de mer avec des vues fantastiques !!

Construit sur mesure en 2012 par le propriétaire actuel. Beau front de mer 5 chambres pour 12 personnes. Plage d'association directement en face de la propriété et plage de la ville d'Acapesket juste en bas de la rue. Quartier calme et sécuritaire pour les enfants. Réveillez-vous et prenez un café sur le porche donnant sur Nantucket Sound et Martha's Vineyard. Parfait pour les familles multi générationnelles! Parking pour 4 voitures. A voir pour l'apprécier pleinement. Nous ne louons normalement que du vendredi au vendredi pendant la haute saison, mais veuillez contacter le propriétaire avant de réserver pour autre chose que du vendredi au vendredi et nous pouvons essayer de nous adapter.

Peace and chill vibe for running weekend

Friends and I (5 runners) participated in the Cape Cod Marathon weekend. Greg’s Beachhouse was the perfect accommodation for our weekend. It was spacious, clean, and included every possible amenity. The owner of the home was gracious and his detailed instructions and recommendations made our stay enjoyable and relaxing.

Fabulous working vacation!

We just returned from a 4 week's stay at this lovely Cape house. It was the perfect working vacation we were looking for - a comfortable, spacious and convenient place to work from in the midst of COVID. Trust me - zooming and doing conference calls while staring at the ocean is really much more enjoyable! The view from just about every window in this house is truly amazing. I looked forward to waking up early every morning to watch the sunrise with my coffee in hand. Situated between Mashpee and Falmouth, there are many options for dinner takeout and any store you can think of, with several wonderful fish markets all within 10 minutes' drive. The house is spotless and well maintained, and because of COVID we also cooked a lot and the kitchen is well equipped with everything we would need. The owner was incredibly responsive to every mundane request we had large and small. Overall a most memorable stay and we hope to return again very soon!

September Family/Friends Excursion

Well appointed as advertised. Location was incredible. Homeowner was very responsive, provided great information about the home and the town. A lot of outdoor space overlooking the water, absolutely beautiful. Fit 2 families, total of ten very comfortably. We will definitely return!

Fantastic house

Stayed there for 8 nights. It was awesome. The house is just great. It is well equipped, absolutely clean and very well supported by the owner. Loved to sit on the porch with our first coffee of the day.

A terrific property!

Our family had a wonderful time during our stay here. It is a beautifully kept property with beach access, and is both spacious and comfortable. The owner was very proactive with all info on the house and the Falmouth area and responded immediately to any questions. Overall a great experience.

Beautiful home and views!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful home for a week. The home has everything you could need and more, is spotlessly clean, and is very well designed. We were a total of 9 (two families with a combined 5 children) and had a lot of space to relax in the home. The views from the porch are lovely -- nothing like sitting out there first thing in the morning with your coffee watching the sun dance on the water and birds fly past. Also nothing like opening the windows and listening to the ocean waves as you fall asleep.... The private beach (steps away) is shared with a few other homes, but was never crowded. The beach is quite small and a bit rocky but otherwise lovely. The owner was incredibly helpful, from the very first email contact I made to inquire about the home, until even after we left. He initially talked with me about the home, its beach and the location, saying he wanted to make sure they matched what we were seeking in a rental. He then called a few days before our rental week to go over any questions I had and to give more details about the home. And then, after we left and realized we'd left three different items behind, he so kindly mailed them back to us. We've been renting on the Cape every summer for the past 9 or so years and not once have we had an owner be so thoughtful and helpful! The location was quite private although there are houses everywhere around the home. It was only about an 8 minute drive into the Falmouth area, where we found Friendly's (a big hit for us, given that none of us had been to one in years since our town Friendly's had closed down!), Dairy Queen and multiple shops. And of course, downtown Falmouth, which is quaint with all of its boutiques, shops (including Black Dog) and restaurants. After we left, we took the ferry (only an 8 minute drive from the home) over to the Vineyard and walked around for the day. It was really nice to be able to so easily get to the ferry and squeeze a few more hours out of our vacation! If you are seeking an oceanfront, top-notch home with any amenity you could possibly need (including a standalone ice maker, and a cooler on the back porch in which to store cold drinks -- we used them from the moment we arrived!), with gorgeous ocean views, in a private, tranquil setting -- this is the vacation rental for you!

Dream vacation

Going by the pictures, we knew before we arrived that this would be a wonderful place for a vacation, but pictures simply don't do the house or location justice. No amenity is lacking, right down to the ice maker. The house is immaculate, and the layout is beautiful. There was plenty of space for our 4 families, including small children, to feel very comfortable. There is nothing like waking up to the sound and view of the ocean right outside the master bedroom double doors. With the beach directly in front of the house, there is no need to leave the house (in my opinion), but there is plenty to do within just a short distance. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful, perfect for jogging or biking - bikes provided. Downtown is just a few minutes' drive away. Our visit was during the Cape Cod Baseball League's season, so we watched a game and met the Falmouth Commodores. The ferry to Martha's Vineyard is close by. The owners were extremely gracious, informative, and responsive to any questions. We could not have asked for more. Think of your "If I won the lottery and bought a vacation house"...this is it. This was the second year renting this house, and it was absolutely amazing both years! The owners are dedicating to making sure you have a relaxing and enjoyable stay, and the house includes all necessary amenities to ensure this. The beach is literally steps away and is never crowded. There is not a single negative thing to say about this house or the renting experience! The house itself is absolutely beautiful and very well maintained.
