2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom House On Vine Street
Casey & Caroline
About Casey & Caroline
Both being raised in the Central Coast we knew that our roots would always stay here. We love the small town feel with many amenities just a short distance away. We are a very active couple that enjoys camping, wine tasting, snowboarding and entertaining.
Casey & Caroline purchased this House in 2012
Why Casey & Caroline chose Paso Robles
While Paso Robles has grown over the years, it still retains it's small town atmosphere, where people are friendly and inviting. An evening stroll though downtown will convince you that you have found a second home and will make you wanting to return again and again.
What makes this House unique
Unwind on Vine is nearly one hundred year old house that we poured our heart and soul into to make it a charming retreat for our guest. We are located four blocks from Paso Robles downtown city park. The park is surrounded by wonderful restaurants, bars, tasting rooms, boutiques and more. The houses central location is within (5-30 +/-) driving distance to both the east and west side wineries, the coast and the lakes.

Unwind on Vine and we did
House was located in a great neighborhood and a great location. 5 blocks from center of town so easy walk for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. House was extremely comfortable and loved sitting outside on either porch with a cup of coffee in am or glass of wine at night.
Cozy & Great Location
We enjoyed our stay at this cute 2-BR/2-BA home. It was easy to get to wineries and a short walk to downtown.
This was our first time in Paso Robles for the festival. The location of this property was excellent! The owners did a good job with communication and with thoughtful hospitality. The couple that stayed in the front room complained about the street noise early in the morning. And as you can imagine from the age of the house - the beautiful wood floors were extremely squeaky. Overall we had a very nice stay and would definitely consider rebooking!
Great location quiet neighborhood
This is a nice property close to town within walking distance. It is extremely quiet even with traffic going by you cannot hear the noise. We enjoyed the well equipped kitchen and Viking appliances. I would have given it 5 stars if not for the only TV stations available were on a Amazon firestick. Personally we like watching local and national news and it was not available. The owners are very responsive; quickly returning email with responses to questions and suggestions for nearby stores. The location is great for heading to wineries or getting on the freeways.
We are located a few blocks from the central part of downtown Paso Robles, where there are numerous restaurants and wine tasting rooms. Most outlying wineries are within a 5 to 30 minute drive. Walking distance to Mid-State Fair.
