The place was spacious, beds were comfortable, kitchen was stocked with high-quality cookware, dish ware, bar ware. Our large group stayed here and was very comfortable, we enjoyed the hot tub, pool table and proximity to Peak 8. Ski out takes you down four o clock run to snowflake lift which gets you back up to Peak 8.

We absolutely loved this beautiful home. The owners were so nice and accommodating. The home came fully equipped with everything we needed. The location was convenient and close to town but just far enough away to feel like you had the true mountain getaway experience. Not the easiest ski in and out but close enough and a nice short walk to the slopes by four o clock. We had a 5 children at th home and it was very accommodating for them and they truly enjoyed the “hot pool” (hot tub) and loved the space they had to run around and play. I would highly recommend this amazing home and also would definitely return on another one of our annual trips.

We had 5 couples total , everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The house was totally stocked with body wash, shampoo and conditioner, towels , Spices and coffee in the kitchen, it was like being at home. A basket full of beach towels for the hot tub, cozy blankets everywhere. Plenty of sitting areas. Great location, just minutes from town. I can't say enough good things about this home. Large dining table to fit us all, we had a great time. The itrip Breckenridge crew were wonderful, very helpful.

Awesome Family Ski House

We enjoyed hanging out in this house, big enough to spread out and have private space but also perfect for great space to come together. Location was great, ski in & out once we knew our way around. Hot tub was great! Thanks for a rememberable stay!

Breckenridge Family vacation

We were so pleased with our stay. The property lived up to the photos online. We only had three couples and each couple had an entire floor to themselves. As indicated in the listing you could sleep 15. Half mile drive to peak 8 or 5 min drive into Breckenridge made the location great. The view was great and the kitchen was well supplied. Hot tub was clean and ready to go when we arrived - Overall a 10 out of 10.

One of the Best

This place was perfect for my large group. My group travels around the world for our annual ski trips and this property was the 2nd best price-to-value we've seen (usurped only by a property in Big Sky, which makes sense since there's less demand there.) Management was super responsive as well. Highly recommended.

Great property and location

Overall we loved the property and our experience. While it didn’t start all that great (as we experienced a gas leak when we checked it), the response from the property manager was what we hoped for as the issue was resolved as quickly as possible. Everybody involved was very responsive to the situation and our needs. Once fixed, our stay was fantastic- especially the 8 in of fresh powder the mountain gave us during our stay!!

Amazing Ski in Ski Out experience

My family (9) had an incredible time at the Fox Run property. I saw a fox first hand from the balcony, and the fox looked at me. Made my day. We enjoyed the wonderful common areas, and the ability to retreat to our own quarters. My sometimes hard to please family was over the moon with the house. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

Ski trip 2018

Wow! This house was amazing. My family and I travel a lot and have never stayed in a house completely stocked with every convenience as this one. 2 laundry rooms, fully stocked kitchen appliances. Comfy beds. Steam showers, hot tub, ski room and so much more. Thanks for providing great comfort and ski convenience. I will highly recommend this home.

AMAZING HOUSE / GREAT LOCATION

We have never stayed in a rental house or hotel that was cleaner! Everything was spic and span including all bathrooms and appliances. The large house’s kitchen was completely stocked and ready for any level cook. It was so unusual for a house to be already stocked with condiments, spices and even coffee. The house has been designed to accommodate large families . The first floor has two large entertaining areas with 2 fireplaces to keep you toasty. There are 3 levels: lower level with 2 bedrooms is perfect for the kiddos. It also has a pool table and large entertainment area, 1st floor has a large bedroom , kitchen and entertainment, and second floor has 2 large bedrooms. Great amenities include: heated boot/ski room with boot warmers, hot tub, grill, many TVs, lots of games, jacuzzi, perfect layout and lots of brand new beautiful furniture. The location couldn’t be better: ski-in ski out, 1.6 miles to all the Breck amenities and less than a mile to main ski drop off. This is a family owned home and you can tell they really care about their property. You will love the home and location.

Peak 8 Breckenridge!

Great property with quick access to the mountain. The house was setup great and accommodated our large group very well. The kitchen was well stocked so you can prepare meals at the house. Lots of games, great views and perfect mud room for all of your ski equipment. Be careful not to run the dishwasher and/or washing machine if multiple people need to shower at once - the hot water will run out if too many people shower at once. Also, there was construction going on almost everyday. There's an extension being build onto the property and it was pretty noisy during the day, especially downstairs. Construction crews showed up at 9am the day we were leaving and rushed us to load our luggage or we would need to load in the street to prevent from being blocked in. The host said construction would continue through the Spring of 2023.

Cute house, but don't stay here if you want to deal with rude management

We had a nice stay. The photos and listing details were accurate. The home is spacious for a large group but cozy at the same time. Pros: Location, Humidifiers in every room!, Very well stocked kitchen, Comfortable beds and bedding, Plenty of seating for large groups to gather together, Cons: The Management!! They prefer to ignore you, and if you aren't okay with being ignored they'll be rude and make excuses rather than be helpful. They'll also try and make you feel bad about asking questions. The heated mats outside the hot tub weren't working. They had iced over and it made for a very dangerous path to get in and out. 2 members of our group slipped and fell. I contacted the management and received no reply. The heating system was also turned up very high (75°) and no one slept well the first 2 nights it was way too hot. The guest instructions recommended it stay at 67-68° so a previous guest must have set it that high. We tried to adjust it multiple times with no luck. I reached out to management again and received a snarky response back. I also tried for days leading up to the trip to contact them to confirm some details so we could plan accordingly. All my messages were ignored.

We are wondering if the poor mountain bandwidth prevented this guest from reading our replies and suggestions in writing. We spoke with them on several occasions on the phone. We can also explain to readers about radiant heating. We explained this to this guest, but they did not seem to understand and insisted that the system was broken in the home. Unlike forced-air heating, radiant heating is gradual. If one wants to change the room's temperature, it takes approximately 1 hour per degree to change - up or down. You This guest made the room too hot and couldn't understand why returning it to an average temperature took so long. We had to suggest opening the windows. This stay was during a blizzard, which added to the challenge of helping them stay comfortable. This guest did not like our answers and we attempted to help them understand. Similarly, this hot tub had heated pads to mitigate the ice/snow that forms around the hot tub steps. This is not a normal amenity for a home, so we do not advertise it. It happened to be broken at the time they were there. All exterior hot tubs during blizzards will form ice around it. As printed in our agreements, all hot tub usage is at the user's risk, and accidents can happen. We are sorry that someone in your group fell. We do provide sand to put around the base if necessary. -iTrip Breckenridge Team
