This house made of natural stone is located on the Etruscan coast, only 12 km from the sea. It is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. It is an ideal vacation destination for the ones who enjoy silence and nature. At the same time, it is not far away from the cultural cities of Tuscany. The center of the medieval village Montescudaio is only 1,5 km away. The 90 m² large apartment on 2 floors accommodates up to 7 people. It is friendly and rustic, designed in Tuscany style. On the ground floor, there is a newly equipped eat-in kitchen, with kitchen block, open fireplace and a dining area. Through the hallway, you can reach a bedroom with 2 single beds and a small single bedroom. There is a big bathroom with WC and shower, and a guests’ bathroom. washing machine is available. A stairway leads to the second floor. There is a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. You will also find a furnished terrace and a big enclosed garden with a shadowy terrace in front of the house. In the garden there will be a up standing pool 8x4 m! WiFi and Sat-TV!

The Tuscany Etruscans’ Coast: The Tuscany Etruscans’ Coast is located only 12 km from the house. There you can find fantastic pine woods with natural beaches that invite you to swim. You can rent sun shades and couches in Cecina Mare as well. A water park with water slides and animation (Aqua Park) can also be found here. You can also rent bikes. There are beautiful biking tracks through the 5 km long pine wood, up to Marina di Bibbona.
