The rental was very clean and adequately stocked with cooking supplies. The check-in/check-out process was easy to follow and went smoothly. There was a nice view of the beach from the balcony and the beach was easy to access with only a short walk. The host was communicated all information well and responded quickly to emails. I would recommend!

the pools were great. For the pets there was one spot for the dogs which was terrible they need more for the pets.

This was a fantastic spot for our family. The location was great. I wish there would have been a broom and dustpan to help with the sand throughout the condo but we made do!

The condo was spacious, clean, and perfect for our group. Being right near the ocean made it extra special—just steps from the beach! The resort has a relaxed vibe with great amenities, and the location is ideal, close to restaurants and local attractions. It was the perfect spot for a fun and laid-back beach getaway. We’ll hope to come back in August!

Fall Break Relaxation

We stayed during Fall break. It was super convenient to stay right on the beach and near the restaurant, The Deck. The dogs and family were very happy. The kids had their own rooms and the common space was comfy. Tybee Island was a quaint little beach town ro explore. We liked the Marine Science Center and light house.

Would definitely go back!

Clean and perfect for our 4 adults, 3 kids, and small dog. Small but very clean pools with restaurant/bar attached, we enjoyed pina coladas while watching the kids swim! Easy walkable access to the beautiful beach and a short drive to the downtown area. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice place

Fine accommodations. Perfect place if you are out and about alot and need a place to shower & rest your head. On-site restaurant is great and the pool was nice too, though slightly undersized. We enjoyed and will be back someday.

Nice beach stay

Condo was spacious. We have three young kids and the kid room having 3 twin beds was a great feature. Kitchen had everything you’d need. Even though we didn’t bring our dog, I loved how the room had a dog kennel available. Couch was comfy. It was also nice having a washer/dryer in the room. It was chilly during our stay so the heated pool was very nice! We’d stay here again!

It was a great place to go with pets or children. Great location right on the beach. The hottub was not working when we went and it would have been good to know that beforehand. But otherwise it was perfect!

Good time for the most part

The property was fine. However the "Orange Crush" event made getting back to the condo Saturday night a real nightmare. Had I known about that event, I would not have booked something at Tybee.

Decent stay

The location is great, however the floors were filthy. We called the desk and they had some come to "clean" them again - they weren't much better than prior and they left a huge pile of bait next to the bed. For what they charge for cleaning I should not have had dirty feet.

The kitchen was a standout — fully equipped with everything we needed to cook meals, including full-size appliances, lots of counter space, and all the cookware, utensils, and dishes we could want.Each bedroom was nicely decorated and offered plenty of storage space. The beds were comfortable, and having two full bathrooms made getting ready in the mornings quick and stress-free — a huge plus with a larger group.The condo was clean, well-maintained, and felt like a true home away from home. It was just a short walk to the beach and pool, and we really appreciated being close to all the resort amenities while still having our own private space to unwind.Overall, this condo was a great value for the size and location. We’d absolutely recommend it to families or groups looking for a relaxing, comfortable beach getaway.

I chose this neighborhood because it’s home. I moved to Tybee Island in 1978 and have been part of Beachside Colony since its construction in 2000. Over the years, I’ve watched this community grow while still maintaining the relaxed, family-friendly feel that makes Tybee special. Guests love this location for its direct beach access, walkability, and central mid-island setting that makes getting anywhere on Tybee easy. In addition to managing condos here, I’m also an owner at Beachside Colony, which means I care for this property the same way I care for my own. The location offers the best of the island—easy beach access, a true resort atmosphere, and a place I’m proud to share with guests.
