    Michael and Matthew Pierce are twin brothers who have been life-long residents of the Boston area. Both brothers have strong backgrounds in real estate. We have been servicing the rental markets throughout Boston and Cape Cod for numerous years. Our tenants needs are of the utmost importance.     When looking for a house on Cape Cod, we wanted to be able to park the car and not have to get back in the car again if we didnt want to. We achieved that with this house. As we can walk to multiple beaches from this, close to a variety of restaurants. It was the perfect fit for us and our growing family.

    What makes this Cottage unique

    We fell in love with this home the second we walked into it from its little Cape Cod touches, the floor plan, the location, the wood paneling and custom built ins surrounding the beautiful working fireplace. It felt like home.
