Little Luxury Villa is a newly renovated contemporary two bedroom home situated in the art deco area of Los Angeles known as' Culver City' Its architecture is cool clear lines and villa sits in its own lush private garden.
Culver City has over the past few years seen a massive revival and now become one of the hippest and safest places to live in LA county.
Its convenience to the beaches, and business districts of Century City and to UCLA make it an ideal location for both business and pleasure.
Our little villa is walking distance to the town centre where there are an abundance of trendy and iconic restaurants, bars and cafes including major box retail stores, supermarkets and the famous Sony studios. The house is situated in a very family friendly and safe area ..where neighbors actually talk to each other!!
The House itself is beautifully appointed and was just recently renovated from ground up. A special feature is the large open plan kitchen and dining area. There is a sunny rear patio with a large tree and BBQ area.
The lush garden and grass area is ideal to laze on a straw mat and take in the rays!!

Inside the house there are two bedrooms, a family room, a dining area and an open kitchen with chefs stove and designer cabinets. The patio doors lead out onto the terrace beyond where there is an alfresco dining area.
There are also two separate on suite bathrooms . Finished to a high standard with tub and shower and walk in wet room. Ample closets and storage abound.
The house has wireless internet, cable TV and Parking is on street where there IS an abundance of on street parking.
We pride ourselves in having high standards of cleanliness and make sure that you get a good nights sleep by providing high quality linens and bedding.
Little Luxury Villa LA was set up to provide an alternative to a typical hotel stay and to help our guests experience life a little more like a local rather than a tourist.
The home is owned and managed by seasoned hoteliers so you can be assured of a comfortable stay. As seasoned travelers ourselves we understand the need for real comfort and something different from the cookie cutter style hotel formula.
Our beautifully designed and maintained properties have been created as an 'understated luxury living experience' and we believe are a real 'home away from home'
This coupled with the high standards of cleanliness and maintenance means that we are confident that we are some of the best in the business.
PARKING Overnight parking is on the street and is free between 6pm until 8 am and you do not need a permit. During the day there is a two hour restriction. In addition it is also not allowed on certain sides of the road during street cleaning twice a week..there are signs for this and it operates alternate sides on different days ..Please check the signs posted.
Parking is not allowed in the driveway except for drop off.
PET CLEANING FEES Our pet cleaning fee consists of a fixed fee of $75. In addition, a further deposit of $100 is taken in case your pet has been allowed to inadvertently soil the sofas, beds or other furniture and we need to bring in deep cleaning specialists.
If this hasn’t happened the $100 is fully refundable within three days of checkout.
PLEASE READ THIS: **4125 Huron Avenue Contract:** — Persons renting the property must abide by the following rules:
— Disruption: If a traveller causes any form of disruption to guests in the neighbouring properties, we have the right to expel the guest at any time.
— Disruption: includes but is not limited to the use of abusive language, loud music, or any form of threatening behaviour.
— Damage: If a traveller causes any form of damage to the property and or in the neighbouring properties, we have the right to expel the guest at any time.
If a guest is required to leave the guest forfeits any monies paid to VRBO and the owner.

Clean and new! Great location for walking Culver City. 10 mn to the beach and sunset. Wonderful restaurants to walk to. The owner was very responsive as we made mistakes checking in. No wait time for help. Definitely will stay again. My daughter lives in Culver City and this is the best stay in four years.

The property is as described with well-stocked kitchen in terms of appliances, cookware, etc. It was very clean and well-appointed; uncluttered and efficient.
The location is very convenient to the freeways, beach, airport and shopping areas in Culver City where there are also great eateries. Nice area for walking too!

We needed two bedrooms for our stay. The location was great for us because our daughter lives in Culver. The house is nice and updated. The manager is responsive (our toaster went out and the manager brought us a new one the same day). Highly recommend.

Place is spacious and private and good location for West LA activities. Was chilly (April) and place has no rugs, so definitely used space heaters and slipper socks. Loved the tiny patio garden!

A Wonderful Find
This excellent and attractive cottage is located in a quiet neighborhood with private outdoor areas. The interior layout offers privacy as well, with the bedrooms and en suite bathrooms on either side of the open living area. The beds are quite comfortable. The property was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The hosts were friendly and communicative. We look forward to returning.

Property was excellent!!! Well stocked with supplies. A/C worked great. Very clean! Wifi and TV worked. Beds were very comfortable - caught up with some previously missed sleep. Very central location to all attractions, restaurants, etc. Very private. Parking was great for our large SUV rental. Loved it!

Nice getaway!
Didn't want to book a hotel. Our first time rental. Absolutely loved the property and location. Brought our poodle who felt very comfortable as well. Love the TV access to movies. Alicia was very responsive and provided all details. Would have liked to used the grill, but it required much cleaning. Quiet, private, no problem with parking, and would recommend.

Nice property
The property was nice everything was clean . But had a little issue with door lock but they came and gave us a key . The laundry room light kept coming on so i just unscrewed it for our stay . Other than that the location of this place was great close to everything .

Not the original property we were supposed to get !
As we landed in LA , we had a message to call the property manager .
We were told by Alicia that we could not stay at the place we booked due to , the fact that the gas had to be shut off.
So we were put up at this location .
And we got a $ 500 , refund .
The location was great and the property manager was very accommodating . Very walkable .
My only complaint is the couch was dirty and stained , as were the kitchen stools .
I would stay at this location .

Great stay!
We stayed here for several days with our son and dog. There is an enclosed attached private yard that was perfect for us. Everything was very clean and well set up. Bedding was soft and comfortable. Extra towels were included. It’s so nice to have the washer and dryer in the unit as well. We both worked remotely all week and the wifi worked great. Location-wise you go through 2 gates (one password protected) and it is tucked away from the street, so feels very safe. The neighborhood also has some great updated walkways and tons of walkable restaurants, coffee shops, and convenience stores. We needed something local to UCLA and it was about a 15 minute drive (we didn’t even need to take the freeway). Check in and out with Sarah was very easy!

Don't book this property!
Was supposed to be contacted two days before booki.ng, never was. Got a call 90 minutes before check-in that the unit was flooded due to rain that day and was uninhabitable. The owner lives out of country and wont return emails. The "property manager" that lives in the area suggested I book a hotel or try an "alternative booking site." We spent that night (New Year's Eve/daughter's birthday) in a hotel and then booked a rental using an "alternative booking site" for the remaining three nights of our stay. There has been no communication from VRBO, the hosts or the "manager" in the past four days despite my attempts with repeated emails, texts, and chat sessions with the all three parties. Definitely avoid falling into a trap like I did, DO NOT BOOK THIS UNIT!!!!

It was clear from the onset that Terry N was trying to get out of his reservation as he wanted a 9 am check in which was not possible due to guests checking out on that day.
With regards to the flooding this happened on a day when the entire Culver City area experienced un precedented rainfall and the garden was flooded for approximately 1 hr ( three ours before his check in)
The fact that Terry N stated that we had not communicated with him is a complete fabrication as we have numerous text messages from us to him.
It was only 48 hours after his check in that we were informed that he had decided not to stay. However it was clear that he had accessed the property. For future guests our reviews stand for themselves however there are always people who try and beat the system and find ways to get out of a booking.
FYI there was absolutely no damage done to the interior of the property.

Great rental
This rental is in a safe neighborhood, cute town, about 30ish minutes from LA. Great house, very comfortable, would definitely recommend.
