This 6-bedroom, 5-bathroom home in Paradise Palms Resort is just five miles from Walt Disney World. With space for up to 16 guests, it’s perfect for families and groups.



The main floor features a queen bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances, and open living and dining areas. Upstairs, you’ll find two king suites with private baths plus three more bedrooms and a bonus lounge with a sleeper sofa.



Enjoy your own screened lanai with private pool (heat available for $40/day). Paradise Palms offers resort amenities including a pool with water slide, hot tubs, splash area, Tiki bar, fitness center, playground, arcade, movie theater, and sports courts—all in a secure, gated community.

We had a wonderful time! This home was perfect for our needs. We were close to all the Disney parks and the airport wasn't too far away. We loved having a private pool! We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Poor property managemnt

When we arrived the pool was unusable. Contacted property management and they stated they would remedy the problem the next day. Next day pool cleaning came and shocked the pool and advised WE swim in it to stir up the gunk after 2 hours. 3 kids wound up with chorine burn. Pool had to be shocked and cleaned the second day as well because it was so bad. Pool cleaning company stated they are out there consistently for that specific pool. Dishwasher was also broken. The entire trip property manager was notified and absolutely nothing was done to remedy the situation and then they expected us to have all the dishes cleaned when we left. We asked for a refund for the days. The pool was unusable, and the company was not willing to do anything about it. Do not recommend

Overall a very nice stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was well maintained and in a nice area. The only minor complaint I would have is that I asked in advance and was told that there was one pool towel for all 16 house guests. Even though the pool towels weren't unique and were mixed in with other towels, we counted and there were not enough towels for everyone to have both a pool towel and a bath towel in the house. When I asked about it, the management told me that the house was stocked and if we needed more, we'd have to purchase them. We shared and made it work.

Great house for a 2 week vacation!

The house was very clean and my father who visited even commented that he thought it looked newly refreshed (painted). There are 2 sofas that look a little "worn" but in general all the furnishings and amenities are very updated and beautiful. We didn't use the pool since it was cool. The house is VERY spacious and gives you lots of room - even though we only had a group of 5. It gave us plenty of room to decompress after long days of park hopping. Paradise Palms is very close to all the parks and shopping. They have a great Publix right down the street and tons of restaurants and shopping. There's a Walmart just a few min away for extra toilet paper, etc. There is an urgent care and plenty of pharmacies if needed very close. There's really nothing negative I can say about the property or management. We didn't have any concerns that we needed to contact them about and they sent a very extensive check-in/check out email with every detail we could need!

My large family stayed and had a wonderful time!! We loved the location and how close it was to everything we wanted to see. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Exactly as pictured

The property itself was exactly as described. Only issue is when adding a guest for the day or whatnot, reply time was delayed. There was a friend who was added to the guest list too late and was not able to come over. Towels are not available at the pool.

When we immediately walked in you can smell the cleanest of the home. The bed were very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. Would recommend this home.

Very happy with the house and the resort. We did buy and leave some kitchen items - tea towels, dish clothes and a couple of storage containers. Other than that we did have enough bathroom towels, etc. I would definitely book this place again.

Great size family home!!

It was an amazing stay!!! Had a few minor issues emailed management and were fixed with in 24 hours. Everyone enjoyed there stay there!!

Disney stay

We stayed here for a Disney trip and it was a perfect location. Close to grocery stores and no waits for Ubers or Lyfts. It was not however cleaned completely well. There were cheerios in the corner of the sliding doors leading to the pool, and bathroom floors and rugs had hair and sand still on them. This did not take away from the amazing property however I wish it was cleaned better. FYI there is a coffee maker but they do not provide a filter- that was a hard realization one morning but the store is right down the street so it all worked out. All and all, I would definitely stay here again!

Our home during Hurricane Ian

We stayed at this property for 11 nights with 13 people. We had plenty of space for everyone. We checked in on Tuesday and Hurricane Ian hit on Wednesday. The power stayed on the whole time which was great. The only issue we had was a leak in the upstairs living room ceiling. I reached out to property management about it and we just had to put a bucket under it for the 2 days since they weren't able to send anyone out in the hurricane (understandable). It stopped leaking after Thursday and it didn't rain again for the duration of our trip thankfully. I do hope they're able to fix it for the next guests. The rest of the stay was great! The patio area was perfect for hanging out during the cooler weather. The house is only a 20 minute drive to Disney World or a 30 minute drive to Universal Studios, which was very convenient. It's a gated community and you have to have a pass to enter so we always felt safe. Plenty of parking space, and I really appreciated having the garage to park in during the hurricane! Would stay here again!

Girls Weekend

My daughter, her bridesmaids and I got together this past Labor Day weekend to celebrate her upcoming wedding. The house is huge and very spacious. Enough bathrooms for 10 girls to get ready in and everyone to sleep comfortably. The only complaint I would have which is minor is that there wasn’t a starter roll of toilet paper in the bathrooms which was stated in the email. Thank goodness we all brought some. All in all it was a fantastic weekend and the house was perfect.

I had 14 people on our family vacation. That's 8 adults and 6 kids. The house had plenty of beds and bathrooms. The pool was perfect and warm. Some of the group did go over to the club house and loved the pool there. The house has lots of towels. It is big enough that we had some space away from each other, especially since we drove from Colorado. It was easy to find, the staff was patient and kind.

Perfect property for a large group

The pictures and description of the property were perfect. The house was spotless and provided everything needed. Great location with shopping and restaurants nearby. Universal was about 30 minutes away and Disney parks not more than 15-20 minutes. This was our first time staying off Disney property. Initially I was worried about driving, parking, etc. But, this house surpassed any perks of staying on property.

Magic Kingdom Family Trip

The house is so beautiful inside and out. The neighbor is quiet at night. This house had 6 bedrooms and there were different type of bed sizes. Two bedrooms had a king bed with a bathroom inside the bedroom. One of the king’s had a shower and a large tub. Upstairs there was a bedroom with two twin beds, bedroom with two full/double beds, and the other had one queen bed. Downstairs there was queen bedroom. Also downstairs there was a bathroom with shower. Upstairs had two other bathrooms with showers. There was a total of 5 bathrooms. The pool was nice outside. Everything was great. If we go again we will definitely stay in this house if we are a large group. If not we will see if there is another one in the same neighborhood for a smaller group.

House was hot!!!!

Checked in at 4:30 got in the house and air conditioner was not working!!! It was 87 degrees. We called the owner several times that night and didn’t get a response. My family and I had to buy fans from Walmart. It’s was so hot in the house. The fans did no justice. Finally the next morning I was able to reach the maintenance manager Barbara. She tells me that the air conditioner company will be there between the hours 12-4. So my family and I groin the vehicle to find something to do to waste some time. Mind you Barbara told me she would call me when they was close by for the appointment. Well at 4:45 I still haven’t received a call. So I called Barbara. She said she literally just got off phone with company. And that they was running late. By this time me and my family got tired of running around Orlando and decided to just go back to the house. Well air conditioning guy show up at 5:30. He stayed there all of 30 minutes and left. We was so excited to get air fix we just waited around for the house to cool off. Waited almost two hours and the temperature wasn’t moving. So I called Barbara again to tell her the house is still hot. And I’m trying to get this fix so that we are not stuck another night without air. He came back and fixed it this time. We was so excited to get some cold air. We all just passed out. One of the bathrooms was dirty with hair in the tub. Blood in the trash can etc. I’ve reached out to owner on a few occasions. And he has yet to call me back. I also reached out VRBO and was told to wait for the owner to reach out to me. It now been a week since I been home. I still have heard background

Good but false advertising

Was 20 -25 min from Disney, not 4 but the community pool was great and the manager was quick to respond to emails about problems at the house, such as a chair that was broken.
